The pool and pool service was great! Waiter even brought us complementary bottles of water. Also our server both nights at the outdoor restaurant, Isabella, was truly fantastic!! She should be recognized for her great service and her ability to relate to the customer!! The woman taking reservations at the restaurant the first nite was not really polite |

We booked a triple room and when we arrived we were checked into a room that was too small for triple usage. 2 hours later and 2 rooms later we eventually were given an appropriate room. |

Only negative thing was the shuttle bus from town, it would be better to have a schedule where you write what time you will return to the hotel, then you could be sure to have a seat on the bus and plan your time in town, now it was a lot of fighting who would get back with the bus or one just had to take a taxi. |

They used the credit card for reserve the room and after they used another amount not the reserved one because of the year changed. |
