airport shuttle service on time clean white bed linens nice clean bathroom the airport shuttle only makes one stop at the airport the shuttle needs to stop at all terminals I needed to go to the international terminal I had to get on another bus with my two large bags this was hard and a waste of time |

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff at the resturant and bar was good. The front office staff needs to be more diligent and on their toes when handling guests checking in/out esp when solo travellers/small groups are often drowned by the troops of cabin crews staying at the same hotel. |

The pool and pool service was great! Waiter even brought us complementary bottles of water. Also our server both nights at the outdoor restaurant, Isabella, was truly fantastic!! She should be recognized for her great service and her ability to relate to the customer!! The woman taking reservations at the restaurant the first nite was not really polite |

We booked a triple room and when we arrived we were checked into a room that was too small for triple usage. 2 hours later and 2 rooms later we eventually were given an appropriate room. |
