hyvä huonevarustus, bussikuljetus Rooman keskustaan. reception palvelu oli hidasta ja meni heti jonoksi kun muutama asiakas saapui. pesulapalvelu- ei ole normaalia että samanpäivän palvelu +50% veloituksella ja lisäksi sekin oli huonosti merkitty. |

Close to airport, town and golfcourses, easy parking, access to highway Our room was small, directly under the roof.. The main restaurant was for dinner not very pleasant and not rather cosy, empty and full of light. The food was expensive. |

The convenient location to the airport was prime for this trip. The shuttle bus to the city centre also makes it ideal for sight-seeing if required. A shuttle bus from the airport would be a great extra bonus. |

The room was very comfortable and a good size. Toiletries in the bathroom were very nice. Staff are freindly and have good spoken English. The shuttle bus to town did not accomadate all of our group, even though we had been assured that it would. Even though our group was at the front of hotel first and in line for the bus, others were allowed to push and get on first. Taxi service was expensive from the hotel to town for those that did not get on the bus. |

nice room, clean and fully equipped - good value bad service - too many people staying in the hotel, not enough staff for check out and services - could not do laundry as promised. 2 beers cost 17 euro at the bar (ridulous). Biggest issue, I booked this hotel after noting that there were shuttle buses to the airport and downtown Rome. There was only one shuttle to the airport per day and this left too early for my plane causing me to spend 30 euros for a taxi. The shuttle buses to Rome were cancelled for the evening of my stay, so this caused me great problems. The hotel did not deliver on its promises from the web site. I would never stay at this hotel again. |

Clean rooms well furnished room and bathroom, resasonable facilities. Good breakfast room / selection, adequate dinner service Failed to find a chair for the room after being asked 4 times over 2 days - dragged one from the breakfast room myself eventually! Lots of confusion between Sheraton 2 and 3 regarding the running of a shuttle bus - ended up getting a taxis needlessly........... |

I liked the size and the comfort of my room and the almost luxury bath room. I also liked the free courtesy bus to downtown Rom. The hotel has 3 buildings more or less far away from each other, however only one adress. Even though there was a free mini-van service between buildings I lost time on arrival, because my room was in a different building. The hotel was pretty busy and there was a long line for check-out, again time consuming. |

Close to the airport and a shuttle was provided to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shuttle took us into the city but never picked us up at the appointed time. We waited over an hour and finally shared a taxi with another couple who were also waiting. |

i loved the bed and bathroom, absolutley beautiful, the shower leaked onto the floor and a few things didnt work properly in the bathroom. when booking i specified that we have a 4 year old child with us. the room we booked only had one bed but once arriving at the hotel we were required to pay for an additional bed for our son. also, we had to pay cash because our american visa wasnt recognized by their machine. |

airport shuttle service on time clean white bed linens nice clean bathroom the airport shuttle only makes one stop at the airport the shuttle needs to stop at all terminals I needed to go to the international terminal I had to get on another bus with my two large bags this was hard and a waste of time |

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff at the resturant and bar was good. The front office staff needs to be more diligent and on their toes when handling guests checking in/out esp when solo travellers/small groups are often drowned by the troops of cabin crews staying at the same hotel. |

vicinanza all'aeroporto; disponibilità di parcheggio, efficienza e gentilezza del personale La prenotazione allo Sheraton Golf di Roma non da la certezza a quale delle 3 strutture si deve andare. Mi è capitato più volte di dovermi spostare dall'una all'altra, all'arrivo. Troverei una soluzione al problema, fossi in voi, anche perchè sarebbe molto semplice. |
