Etablissement très calme, malgré la proximite de l autoroute. Personnel charmant et attentif. Petit dejeuner généreux. Parking gratuit Acces au centre de Rome très facile.

Manque d'âme. Abords de l'hotel un peu glauque....

Nous avons bcp apprécié la navette offerte pour le centre-ville de Rome et l'accès à la piscine.

Nous aurions apprécié avoir accès à la piscine en soirée elle fermait à 19 heures.

Le cadre du Sheraton est magifique avec le golf au pied de l'hotel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la literie agréable. Le personnel à la réceptioin et au bar est efficace et attentif au demandes des clients. Navette entre l'hotel , Rome et un centre commercial.

Par raport a un précédent séjour (2007) la navette Hotel <=> Rome est devenue payante (4€/pers a/r), le parking est également payant au batiment 1, gratuit me semble t-il au batiment 2. Le personnel d'étage oubliait, tous les jours, de mettre le second jeu de serviettes de toilettes... Il fallait appeler la réception pour avoir les serviettes, j'attends toujours celles du dernier jour...

Excellent facilities. Large comfortable room with King size bed. Excellent breakfast.

Without your own transport or paying out for expensive taxi's you are totally dependent on the the hotel shuttle bus for getting anywhere outside the hotel.The bus schedule can pose problems however, an example being, our flight home was timed for 17.00 hrs and their were only 2 daily trips to the Fiumicino airport at 07.30 & 8.30 hrs. so we had to make our own arrangements which involved bus to metro staion then 200mt walk between stations to catch the overground Rome to airport shuttle.

The room was clean and tidy, however basic. Bar facilities and bar staff very pleasant especially Lavinia. Breakfast staff very hard working and polite especially tall thin chap who's name escapes me.

Taps in bath were lose, no option to open window air conditioning only. Breakfast was basic but filling. When you don't have a room number cash is given to concierge which appears to be uncontrolled and could be pocketed. Long way from city although shuttle service works ok, website should indicate shuttle bus price. I e machine on third floor does not work, no basic tea and coffee facilities in room. Next question would I recommend I will tick yes however only as a golf resort.

the email responsing is super slow, as I only had email access, it was very inconvenient for me to communicate with the hotel before my arrival for car pickup things. Also I saved a bottle wine with the bar but returned with it was disposed, wasn't really on words as told at first place

The rooms were very comfortable and the free shuttle to Rome city center was very helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

A shuttle from the airport would have been nice and the prices at the hotel were a bit high.

Can't find anything I liked about my stay in this Hotel

Looks and feels very dirty. The whole Hotel needs general refreshment. Personnel behaves like the most important thing is not the service they provide to you as a 4 star hotel standard, but when they finish their job. Overall impression - very overprized for the standard and service they provide.

Honestly nothing. Even the breakfast was quite average.

Hotel is so far from city centre.the shuttle bus comes every 1.5 or 2 hours and takes you to termini train station or the mall but you feel chained to the timings. We missed the 3 pm bus yo the mall and were going to have to wait till 630 pm for the next mall bus. The hotel is in three far away buildings that u need a shuttle to access.make sure you know which tower u r in before going. There's nothing to do in the hotel or around it. Literally I the middle if no where. Taxi from hotel to city centre- lets say piazza navona- is 37-40 euro

The gardens provided a lovely relaxed setting. The dining room was spacious and welcoming. The shuttle bus service (for a small fee) was appreciated as the resort is some distance from the city and other facilities.

The lift operated erratically with the swipe card. The food and drinks were expensive. It would be handy to have a shuttle bus service to Termini.

A lovely Resort with magnificent staff who dealt with every query in a professional manner. Language is not a problem as all staff appear to be multilingual. The shuttle bus to the City was excellent and a real bonus after a days sightseeing around Rome.

Pricing on all food was expensive for a family. Yet again if you were on your own playing golf given the convenience you would probably say that okay.

Excellent location if staying for 1-2 nights - shuttle service to the city and close proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice if for example you have 1 free day (thus you are able to use the shuttle to the city) and on the next morning you have an early flight (close proximity to the airport allows you to avoid any traffic jams).

I the way that the room was set up,it was very spacious and had everything one would require for an overnight stay.

The price of items in their mini bar were a bit over the top,very expensive.

I liked the rooms space size, and the staff treatment to the Hotel gust.

Clean, relaxing atmosphere, excellent food at all times.

Pricing of drinks is almost robbery. 32 euro for a medium beer and three cokes is theft. The food pricing was better - still high, but so was the quality, so that was value for money, but the drinks, offputting.

About 15 minutes from Fiumicino Airport which is convenient. I was working at the Ippodromo (Racecourse) and it's also 'near' to there - however, the taxi ride in peak traffic took an hour - to go about 7 Kms, and on the way back much later at night, it was 10 minutes! Rooms are large and nicely furnished with contemporary design. The restaurant is very good and there's a nice terrace outside which is great for summer where they serve good food and drinks till late. Staff were all excellent and very friendly and helpful

Wifi has to be paid for - 17 Euros for 24 hours - which I feel that any good business class hotel should offer free. The upload was limited to 250 Mb, and this was not enough for me to upload photos from my previous job to my colleague which were needed urgently! I did also actually book a 'free internet connection' room - however, there was nothing coming out of the cable connection. Having said this, when I queried it on check out, they refunded it with no question or fuss. Also, the connection kept dropping out - the least you can expect for paid for internet is that it's super-fast, efficient and unlimited in both directions! Things like plastic cups in the room could be improved on, and the fact that the soap dish and tissue holders were anchored down implies that they have a problem with guests 'walking' with these items!

We liked the convenience of being 10 km. Away from Rome (Fiumicino) Airport. It's a great location if you have an early flight.

The room (especially the bathroom) was not very clean! Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and some of the strips of wood from the wood floor were raised and were a tripping hazard. Some wood strips were re-nailed, but the nail heads were not flush with the floor and I stubbed my toe on one of them! We did not ask for a different room because we didn't trust the room would be any better, and after a long car trip, did not feel like re-packing or arguing with the staff.....not worth the effort for an overnight stay. Also, the available internet service would kick you out after a few minutes and we would have to go to reception desk and obtain a new password every time. Very inconvenient when trying to book other hotels or flights, and would have to start all over again! Not very user friendly for a supposedly "business" oriented facility. This is certainly not worthy of being called a Sheraton-managed facility. Also, the restaurant food was mediocre at best for the cost of the dishes. Next time will stay at Courtyard Marriot in Fiumicino!
