Size of room Customer friendly staff Good restaurant Very nice driver ( navette)
Nice, cosy and friendly hotel with a classy interior, even if in some cases a bit old-fashioned. Nice lobby to sit in. My room was ok, my colleague's room was really good. Staff was overall friendly and helpful.
Slightly understaffed (long waits at reception), breakfast sub-standard (especially in this price class), WIFI on the room costs an outrageous 15 EUR per 20h! WIFI in the lobby is free but rather slow. Hotel if pretty far away from the inner city. Taxi ride to the airport costs about 50 EUR.
very friendly and helpful staff; spotless clean room, very nice bathroom; silent air condition;nice surrounding
far away from Rome; the breafast with 9 sorts of cakes but modest rest; the room without tea/coffee cooking machine; wifi payable in the room
The restaurant was excellent, great food and staff. Lovely range for breakfast, beautiful fresh pasta for dinner. The bag storage people were extremely helpful.
No kettle or tea making in room and 7 euros for delivery. The Internet was appalling, only accessible for free in lobby, not round the corner in the restaurant, needed new code each day and the counter was always busy so would have to queue. No iron in room and the one in the lobby could do with being refreshed. The reception staff were always busy so when I would have to race down because my key card to my room did not work, I would have to wait in line and it would make me rush to make pick up, happened two of the four days. As a business hotel it was very poor. Would have to pump them for information, where does the shuttle stop, how do I find out the schedule, how can I iron my clothes, every detail.
GREAT STAFF. VERY INFORMATIVE AND PLEASANT. VERY CLEAN ROOMS, AIR CONDITIONING VERY COOL, AND COMFORATABLE.. GOOD PRICE FOR ROOM.
The staff were wonderful, the service excellent. Good value for the cost.
The food was served beautifully but the quality was not as good as it could have been. We found it very boring to eat there for several nights in a row.
free wi-fi only at the loby
Great location with own car and easy access to and from the Fiumicino airport.
Location.....not much around it
Clean, modern, good shuttles to airport and city. Convenient for airport. Little sushi restaurant down the road 200 metres - good prices.
ATM access on site and nearby not working so no access to get cash, drinks, food , etc expensive.
Shuttle Bus service
Away from city and paid shuttle bus service
We were given a suite which was luxurious. The bed was the best we had in all our 5 months throughout Europe.
The curtains were not able to be open and they blocked the beautiful views over the lake and greens. They were horrible brown material with holes and detracted from the lovely room.
The facility itself was in a beautiful location. The staff were wonderful. The food mediocre. Quite a distance from Rome which was an expensive taxi ride. There was a shuttle into Rome, but the drop off wasn't conveniently located.
The food was a big disappointment. Italy is known for its wonderful cuisine, this food was below the expected standard. The service was excellent.
Very good sleeping experience Once I had the smoke issue the staff helped
Someone smoked in the non/smoking room.
Very friendly staff.
Prices for food and drinks in the hotel slightly above acceptable.
swimmingpool and staff friendliness and relaxedattitude
Breakfast staff the design
No public transportation No food near hotel No shops near hotel
I paid for "Deluxe Double or Twin Room" for 2 persons, but: - no tee or coffee, - only 1 slippers, - only 1 bathrobe, - room magnetic key very often not open the door. Many times I have to go down to reception, after about 10 minuts try to open the door. - waiter cheat: We order noodle lobster (6 portions), and we'v got noodle with only head of lobster. After claim, we get 1,5 full lobster.
Location was handy for airport but far enough for the aircraft not to be intrusive. A shuttle bus service to Roma city centre was excellent. Hotel staff were extremely competent and friendly. Breakfast was excellent along with the helpful staff. Restaurant was excellent along with the helpful and knowledgeable staff, a special mention goes to Lorenzo, who made our dining experience delightful, thank you.
WiFi, should be free throughout the hotel complex and we had problems with it in the lobby area during our stay. For some reason within the Roma area hotels suffer from drainage smells from the shower areas of bathrooms and this is the case here also. Rooms in general are very clean but are showing signs of wear and need updating.
Cost of the internal bar
The location was good for the airport and the city. Ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle.
Some staff members are not well trained in customer service skills. At times they appear quite rude, they should not be working in a service industry .
Nice room. Good air.
Overpriced food and amenities. We were charged additional euros for room even though we were prepaid.
Was located close to the airport and bus into the city was a plus. Staff were competent in English and outside area was relaxing.
We had great difficulty with the swipe cards for the room. They took a lot of getting to open the doors and twice we had to get fresh cards
Cleanliness, breakfast choice, internal shuttle bus.
Internal restaurant has crazy prices. Poor alternatives around to dine out if u don't have a car. Room doors too noisy when closing... I woke up hearing the "BAAHM!"s
quiet location, good facilities, shuttle to city centre
quite a distance from city centre
