Very clean modern and convenient. It had a nice Italian modern vibe. Bed was super comfortable. Ideal for someone catching an early plane out of Malpensa you area short walk from the rental car return and Terminal one. There is a shuttle that runs regularly to terminal two that stops in front of the hotel. My room was at the far far end very long walk with no luggage.

The location - arriving on a flight in the evening and going directly to the hotel to rest. It's enormous, you have to walk through very long corridors just to get to your room. Having no other alternative we dined at the hotel restaurant, which was very very expensive.

Best location for overnight layover for Milan airport; next door to rental car return and steps away from Terminal 1. We travel internationally often. This is the best arrangement I have ever seen anywhere. Highly recommended!

If you are leaving from Terminal 1 this hotel is perfect, walk to your check in and train service to downtown Milan only 25 minutes on express train.

Our room was nice and clean, hotel is situated in the terminal which is very convenient Hotel is too big, you need time to get to reception, swimming pool has cold water, you cannot stay more than 10 minutes, sauna was extra charge, restaurant was expensive

Good location............modern with great access friendly front office staff...........definitely good value for money............. In the room lights were not working , electric outlets were not the best either problems with conversion plugs that were quite flimsy and only maintenance crew was really lazy and unprofessional telling a guest that they are on holiday for the next 2-3 days that is really unprofessional.

Sheraton Milan Malpensa is an excellent hotel for transitting in Milan. Locationwise, it is excellent and provide the utmost convinience for people who is transitting through Milan. It is located right inside the Milan Malpensa terminal. Excellent location.

The room. Nauseating background music thoughout the dining and bar areas. Hospital like decor in same--not warm at all--stiff, sterile- So trendy that it results in the opposite of Luxury. Impossible to get a boarding card for your flight without paying 12 Euro for the internet, even though the airport is just meters away. Rooms are miles away from dining and reception. Very long wait at check-in. No concierge to handle questions, causing a substantial cue at the desk. I arrived at 9:30pm and almost missed dinner closing at 11:00pm.

We stayed here because it was conveniently located next to Malpensa airport and we didn't want to travel on to Lake Como until the morning. The reception and restaurant staff were all very attentive and professional, which is what you expect in a Sheraton hotel. I have stayed in many business hotels and I would rank this as a very good one. It was expensive because we stayed on a weekday.

The location was good for airport, very clear and quiet in the room. The room key was more problem that we back to front desk need to go a long way , no room attendant or phone can inform to change door card. Once you have even if you use the login 5 minutes also be used for 40 min free get to internet time,again will pay login.

The location is the best for morning flights, just inside Terminal1. Swimming pool and spa open up to 23.00, gym - 24 hours. Stayed in a club-room on the third floor, so breakfast, internet and swimming pool were included. Otherwise internet 1 hour - 3 eur, 24 hours - 12 euro. They block the sum of reservation when check-in and take full payment when check-out (double withdrawal). Tried to add internet cost to my final bill, had to remind that i had stayed in a club-room.

Location , location and location is the best for transit passangers Check in and reception extremely inefficient and non caring staff. Very cold feeling - no warmth in this hotel. Needs to be torn down !!
