Easy to find from the airport terminal and to get to the. Train in the morning. Waiter in the restaurant was lovely Room was nice

Using wifi in the lobby required 2 visits to the desk and 2 different as swords. It doesn't have to be that hard.

Good location inside airport building. Tea-coffe fasilities in the room. Comfortable bed. Generrally good location to stay after late night arrival.

Long que on check-in and check-out. Reseption staff is not enough, e4specially when group coming. Several check-in counters were closed inspite of que. Breakfast is overpriced.

The Malpensa Sheraton is an ideal airport hotel, which allows you to stay overnight in case your leaves early next morning. Compared to other airport location it is not overpriced. It is very convenient as you walk to terminal 1 (no taxi etc. needed.) Rooms are very quiet.

Snack in the bar (lasagna) was not at the level of a Sheraton, despite the price.

The guidance we got both at check in (where to eat, whom to call) and check out (your flight is at gate... terminal...) was remarcable. Also the club lounge is beyond cosy and the "hors d'overe" were delicious.

The "must cap" at the swimming pool policy should be written somewhare, such as at the sites or on an entrance sign, because buying the caps was an unpleasant surprise- otherwise I could pack my own in advance.

No assistance from the reception staff at check in when it was clearly visible that I had a cast on my leg and was on crutches. They told my mother there was no porter! When I requested the guest services staff to fax medical certificates to my travel insurance company they were unable to send it. When I requested the phone number of Emirates Airlines the reply after an hour was, "Madam, there is no solution to the problem!" The Fawlty Towers of Milan Malpensa!

I made 100% prepaid reservation but hotel charged me the full price again! They found me on their databases but did not see the payment, so I was required to pay again! Then I sent request to Booking.com support centre but no answer till the moment...

Good location for fast traveling.

The Airport sings are not clear and you can get lost when returning your car. The Hotel is very long and to go any ware is a very long walk. The restaurant is loud and the service poor , the food is soso.

Only the location attracts us to be there.

Stuff is so poor ,not like from a 4 stars hotel, even no better than other 3 stars or family hotels. Seems have no pro training . the hotel breakfast price is too much expensive, 20euro! And when we stay there, it was very uncomfortable feeling, which like we stay in a exhibition site. Coz the loggia of hotel rooms full of board and company products booth, and the cleaner told us there was electronic product meeting and exhibition build insid of hotel ! but they put exhibition and booth just in the front of room door, in the loggia~! Seems like we sleep in the exhibition meeting site .when we open the door. I think this hotel can survive till today only coz their uncompetitive location, otherwise no more~!

This beautiful hotel is most welcome at Milan airport. As our flights are in the morning we always stay the night before our departure at the airport. Until the Sheraton, the accommodation around the airport was abysmal. The rooms are spaciiWith its helpful staff, excellent restaurant and facilities it really cannot be faulted.

the hotel is too big and to walk to my room with two big luggages was very hard, specially on the carpet. It was like walking kilometers then I would finally reach my room. Hotel should put staff to help with customer's luggages or give customers who has many luggages a room which is near to the entrance.

Proximity to Milan Malpensa airport was so great. Hotel was very clean and accommodating.

The hotel was so huge. We had to walk a very long way to get to our room. Room service was a fail. I ordered bug it never came. The restaurant was very good however for both dinner and breakfast.

Convenience for airport. Ease of travel process.

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and the lack of usual amenities.

Spa and restaurant staff

First room was dirty, lights did not always work, phone did not work, it was a 5 minute walk from reception to get to the room, 4 elevators for a 3 story hotel but still had to weight. Staff made no attempt to keep noise levels down, the most expensive hotel I stayed in out of 5 hotels in Italy and it was the least impressive.
