Lobby und Frühstücksraum sieht sehr gut und sauber aus. Shuttel Service zu Stadtzentrum optimal.

Das Badezimmer war volle Schimmel an Wänden und Decken, keine Ventilator. Zimmerbeleuchtung sehr sparsam. Sehr Renovierungsbedürftig.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich gewesen, auch zu meinem Sohn(12). Alle Fragen wurden geduldig beantwortet. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer ganz nach unseren Wünschen. Frühstück war guter Standard, wie in einer großen Hotelkette zu erwarten. Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Auch die nahe U-Bahnstation(5min.) war sehr gur zu erreichen.

far away from city centre. Metro is 10mins away by walk but unconvenient to go and unsafe at night. First time hard to find. Best option is to take hotel shuttle bus at strict schedule,to city and airport.

Excellent hotel near to city center of Rome. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel was clean and had shuttle bus to city center and fiumincino airport many every 1.30 hour. Breakfast was perfect. Very good choice for this price.

Rooms must be renovated ASAP. No sauna, pool inside. Breakfast- no changes in menu during a week Bar closes 1:00AM, even if it's full of guests inside Overpriced Location- in the middle of nowhere

The walk to the local train "metro"was 15 minutes, we used it twice. The public bus service into the city we used on 1occasion, it was very slow (45 minutes). We didn't use the Sheraton bus service as advised by the front counter, as they said it took longer? The advertisement states free parking. Unfortunately only a small number are available, we ended up paying 23 Euro for the night

Rooms were clean, great breakfast which was included within the room rate, Sheraton buses that take you to the airport and city center all day long for cheap price .

Considered far from the city center, only stayed there as my conference was near the area. Not recommended for tourists. No free internet, and the rate is expensive.

Not "fresh" hotel

It was comfortable with plenty of room in our room. The bed and linens were nice. The bellman was super courteous. Breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

We paid for shuttle service but the bus/coach just passed us up at the pickup point. He never stopped. We stood at the pickup point for an hour and a half and finally had to hail a taxi to get us back to the hotel after more than 20 minutes worth of mobile phone calls to the hotel trying to get the shuttle back to pick us up. The phone charges will be billed to me at international rates costing more than $30. Most of the time on the phone was left sitting on hold waiting for the proper person to help us. We were constantly told that the bus was on it's way to pick us up but it never ever came. This is all after a very exhausting and long day. We truly needed to get some sleep for our long trip home the next morning. The taxi dropped us off at the hotel at around 10:15pm(we were at the pickup point at 8:20pm). We asked for the manager/supervisor upon arrival and he was not available. I asked for the manager/supervisor to contact me at our room to discuss the abandonment but he never called on me. That tells me he had no care or concern about the bus/coach never picking us up after being told over and over that it was on the way to pick us up.

Very old, need major renovation

Inspite of hotel located outside the city,it was easy to travel to city and back due to excellent transport provided by HOTEL.The hotel is good value for money.

Breakfast is magical ,there are varieties of food ... I just love the breakfast more.

What i didn't like is of course , the internet connection is not provided free and they charge 6Eur per 1 hour. That's too much.

They told me that there is a service from airport to hotel. I was at the service location 10 minute before but there was no one there. Another hotel service driver told me that the service is already gone. The service from hotel to city was 3€. From city to hotel you must be lucky to find a sead because you can't make a reservation for it.

The location is too far from Rome - you have to pay for the shuttle bus and the airport shuttle starts at 800am so if you have an early flight you hav to catch a taxi. The airport shuttle only goes to one airport - there are two in Rome. Everything is expensive and there are no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. There are homeless people living under the bridge opposite the hotel.

Same old sheraton, prices way too high, old structure, the staff treats customer with false courtesy. unguarded parking with several break ins or very expensive internal parking, very costly wifi.

The arrangement with the shuttle bus to and from the airport (5€ pp) and to and from the city center (3€ pp) were practical and interesting due tothe far hotel location from city center, but shuttle busses are not complimentary as announced by booking.com. The pool and free use of towels and sunchairs were relaxing. Cosy atmosphere at the poolbar. Nice to hav eaccess to the pc with free WiFi in the lobby. The room was good.

The public toilets in hotel lobby and at pool side were disgusting. Not clean and no soap. The food quality and taste in restaurants were poor and not tasty. No coffee and thea making facilities in superior room. Non responding guest services when calling from the room. The hotel looked old and needs some refreshing. The window in the room didn't open.
