A well-run and well-maintained hotel. Perfect for conventions - especially if at the hotel. The buffet lunches were excellent and the buffet dinners were superb -- the best fish and meat I had in Italy during that week. The staff are all consummate professionals, serious and conscious; this is not just a job for them. They all spoke English and were helpful. Not for tourists. The hotel is way out of the way for anything except the convention center (Congressi). There are no sidewalks to anywhere, so walking to anything (such as the metro) is a bit tricky. It costs 5-6 euros by taxi to go or return from the convention center. There are no local restaurants worth trying -- but the hotel restaurant is really excellent. |

Shuttle bus to town and airport worked well and is good value, and is actually a good location away from the city centre so a peaceful base to explore from if you don't mind a bit of a commute into the city centre. There is nothing near the hotel in terms of facilities, and their prices for food and drink are pretty extortionate given the quality is not great, so be prepared to have a large bill at check-out. |

Comfort of the beds and the room service maids - they were very pleasant and cheerful. Lower cost rooms had full buffet breakfasts included with the room price while the Executive Rooms only had a Continental breakfast - what's the use on paying 50Euro more per night?? Also, the food was exactly the same day in and day out - really doesn't take a lot of imagination to change things up a bit. The hotel furnishings were clearly showing signs of age - they need to take care to touch up gouges and scratches. The so-called putting green on the roof is an absolute joke - astroturf that was worn out with holes in it, moldy and all bunched up. It is clear that attention to detail is not a source of pride for this hotel. They market themselves as a luxury hotel, but the only thing that met that factor was the bedding. |

I liked the spacious and clean rooms. There are no restaurants or markets near the hotel. The hotel shuttle service to and from the airport was easy to find and convenient to use however, shuttle service returning from city center was unreliable. The hotel is walking distance from the metro but there is no sidewalk or foot path. You have to walk on busy city streets. |

Yes. We have tried the first night of our staying the buffet at dinner and it was awful. The worst value for money given the Sheraton brand |

Comfortable: attentive staff: good shuttle service to city centre and airport.Outdoor pool well used (August!) and useful pool bar for lunch/snacks/drinks. Free internet usage (1 hour). It was very easy to email the hotel direct prior to stay, with prompt, helpful responses. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would be appreciated. In house food expensive, as you would expect, but not much more than in the city tourist areas. |

Very nice hotel for the money. Buffet breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable. Good value for the money in Rome. Location is away from the center of the city, but they do provide a bus to the city center for 3 Euro. The pool is nice and heated. Restaurant staff can be rude at times. Pool closes way to early (7:30pm) especially when you had a long day sightseeing. Housekeeping sometimes does not provide enough toiletries/towels/washcloths for the amount of people in the room. The late busses returning to the hotel from the city center are very very chaotic and stressful since everyone wants to return on the later busses and there usually is not enough room for everyone. Be prepared! |

The hotel was very nice, however the Hotel charged my credit card 3 times for a total of 800 Euros... after I had clearly been told that no charges or blocks would be made to my card and I could simply pay for all transactions on the spot. The man behind me at the checkout counter had a similar problem, only he was charged 1000 Euros. Now both of us are out of that money until it is reinstated to our accounts which can take at least 48 hours. What was I suppose to do in Rome with a deficet of 800 Euros? I will never stay at a Sheraton again. The hotel will block and charge your account without your permission. Then if you try to get reimbursed the will charge you again an even higher amount. I will never stay at a Sheraton again. Hotel is not worth the money. One more thing, they tell you the Metro stop is about a 5 min walk away. Yea it is but you clearly indanger yourself walking on very busy and chaotic streets without upkept sidewalks. Take a cab, but even then beware, ours hit a man on a moped. |

Not much to like. Hotel is dingy, has very poor internet services and other business amenities. Prices at pool bar are outrageous. Mostly everything I disliked. Our room was old and filthy. The bathroom had mold and algae and long strands of hair from previous guests. The tub had soap scum 1/2 an inch thick. |

The hotel was excellent in every aspect, the rooms where perfect, the breakfast and dining was superb. The bus service was very useful. The pool area and bar where lovely. The Magliana metro only 5 / 7 minutes walk. A bit expensive for food and drink. The return bus of a night was a little stressful - maybe a pre booking of seats could be arranged. The website mentioned a courtesy bus from airport didn't specify which airport Fiumicino or Ciampino. I flew into Ciampino and was trying to locate bus. |

Location of the hotel is a big drawback (20-30 minutes by bys/taxi from the center of Rome), a second drawback is the fact that you have to share your breakfast table with strangers as the round tables are for 10-12 persons. Also the service is poor at breakfast (no one to show you your table most of the time and have to ask twice or three times to have tea. |
