Very clean; great staff--very accomodating.

We stayed in a deluxe hotel in the Rome Center; the price was similar but included "the best buffet breakfast in Rome"; I thought Sheraton Roma could have at least offered complimentary coffee/tea or light breakfast for the price.

近所のレストランまで遠いので、ホテル内でもう少し選択肢が欲しい。

部屋の防音が悪く、時によって隣の部屋の音がうるさい。

子供のミルク用にお湯が必要でしたが、1回７Euroでした。部屋に簡易湯沸かし器・ポットもなく、ここまでお金を取ることはどうなのだろうと感じました。それならば宿泊料金を10Euro上げておけば客としてそれほど印象の悪さはなかったように思います。
