Not much to like. Hotel is dingy, has very poor internet services and other business amenities. Prices at pool bar are outrageous. Mostly everything I disliked. Our room was old and filthy. The bathroom had mold and algae and long strands of hair from previous guests. The tub had soap scum 1/2 an inch thick. |

The hotel was excellent in every aspect, the rooms where perfect, the breakfast and dining was superb. The bus service was very useful. The pool area and bar where lovely. The Magliana metro only 5 / 7 minutes walk. A bit expensive for food and drink. The return bus of a night was a little stressful - maybe a pre booking of seats could be arranged. The website mentioned a courtesy bus from airport didn't specify which airport Fiumicino or Ciampino. I flew into Ciampino and was trying to locate bus. |

In general a good hotel, good breakfast buffet. food in restaurant of hotel is terrible and expensive, first night we made the mistake to eat there, after that only in the city : better quality and price! |

Location of the hotel is a big drawback (20-30 minutes by bys/taxi from the center of Rome), a second drawback is the fact that you have to share your breakfast table with strangers as the round tables are for 10-12 persons. Also the service is poor at breakfast (no one to show you your table most of the time and have to ask twice or three times to have tea. |

Very nice hotel with good facilities including gym and pool - very helpful staff at all times. Club room was also very good place to relax in the evening and is def worth the extra money. The snacks in the club room were nice but the food in the restaurant was not great |

Their buffet breakfast is excellent. The choice of wines is good. Would have liked to have some Belgian beer like Leffe or Duvel. Rather strange there is no ATM at the hotel. |

The bar and restaurant at the hotel is very convenient Being a big hotel they had many tour groups there so the hotel was pretty conjested and loud. |

La classification de l hotel 4 etoiles n est pas correcte; Correspond a un 3 etoiles; La chambre n etait pas tres grande; Le petit dejeuner fait un peu usine; 630 chambres; l hotel est trop loin du centre ville pour visiter pose probleme; Les navettes toutes les 1h30 pas assez; |

Commodo per la posizione vicino al aeroporto e alla citta. ho riscontrato un lasciar andare intorno alla piscina (tavoli macchiati di unto,cuscini inesistenti sulle poltrone.) .I giorni di pioggia ci sono delle perdite d'acqua importante dal soffito della hall.L'albergo non è assolutamente degno di essere un 4 stelle. |
