Jeg var rigtig glad for at vi fik en lejlighed med gårdhave, det var luksus at kunne gå ud, slappe af og være os selv . Den var perfekt til vores behov, centralt beliggende, hyggelig, ren og mulighed for at være udenfor.

Lejligheden lå køligt, så vi savnede ikke aircondition ellers ville det nok være nødvendigt, Vi ville gerne have kunnet tjecke ind tidligere på dagen. dernæst ville det også have været rart hvis det var muligt at se omfartsvejen ved hotellets beliggenhed.

the position of the apartament, close to the bus station and to the free auto park. the style "ancient house". the general impression like "feeling at home".

in general nothing was bad, no noise or caos problems from other clients (bridge of 8 dec 2009) i don't know how many we were, but sometimes drunk people in the street screaming. maybe the price in other periods of the year can be to high for the service offered, we were lucky.

I loved to possibility of staying quietly in the centre of Siena, enjoying food and monuments and little walks in the city

room big and comfortable; close to piazza del campo and to the cattedrale; good breakfast (in a bar very close to the room)

staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is huge andd comfortable. Breakfast is exerllent.

The apartment was excellent and roomy. It was in a great location.

Staff were not accessable. Breakfast was not provided on the first day. When we wanted to pay, they said they would accept cash only and would email the receipt later. Finally located some other person who gave us a receipt. Not business like.

Very clean, comfortable beds, on the doorstep for everything - kitchen/fridge facilities a bonus.

It was fantastic, friendly efficient staff provided us with a superb apartment for 3 and a breakfast voucher at an excellent nearby cafe: we liked it so much we came back and were given another splendid apartment at an even more reasonable rate.

The hotel/apartments were conveniently located in central Siena. The management were very helpful & recommended a wonderful restaurant. Rooms were very well equiped & clean.

Good location, friendly staff, hot/cold water available. Daily breakfast provided and room was cleaned every day. The quilt cover on the bed was good - new and looked clean. English language channel available (cnn).

1. Upon arrival in Siena, we had to locate the main office first and then from there walk to the apartment that was provided to us). For travellers carrying large suitcases or heavy backpacks or with children in tow, this could be a problem, especially given Siena's cobbled roads and the steep slopes at every turn. 2. There is no air conditioning available in the apartment we were allocated to. 3. The television was not working (with sound but no images). 4. The bedside lamps had their light bulbs removed. 5. The sliding door of the shower stall was broken. 6. Only 1 packet of shampoo/shower gel was provided throughout our stay of 3 days, 2 nights. That is 1 packet for 2 ladies. 7. Promises to fix the bed side lightbulbs were not adhered.
