We liked the location and also being able to use the kitchen if we chose to fix meals. Staff was friendly and helpful. The front rooms were noisy on the weekend.

Siena b&b Mercato, was everything they announce to offer, with a plus, the staff. The restaurant La Finestra is not only linked, but responsible to the b&b in closed hours. And you get to have dinner there, excellent meal, good prices and nice waiters, "leda in special". And it is not a touristic area restaurant (better services, English, French menu and spoken). We had a good experience because we looked for information, We looked for contact, got the email and they answered clearly. Accomodation was very nice, renewed, clean, confortable, with Wi-Fi available and free, in the core of the historical city. City is closed for traffic so be aware if having a car, you will park away from center, but most historical cities have old down town like this. Get well informed and you will have nice time. Cost benefit, 100%. It is a down side, but not terrible. Just get extra information as soon as you make the reservation. Send an email asking info. We were aware of closed traffic for old town area, as we had a car and 4 nights, 3 days., We had to take a bus, walk some 500mts in total, and get the car when going to visit Toscana region. But transport is efficient. Free parking is 2,5km and payed parking, 800 to 900mts. So be aware of lugguage. In b&b Mercato you get to downton Piazza Mercato, unload and go back and park the car. So, travel light.

This b&b has a great location and is recently renovated, so everything is brand new and very clean. The staff were very accomodating, especially as we had to leave at 6:00 A.m, and the breakfast only started at 8:00 A.M., but they left out some packaged breakfast buns and allowed us to use the mini bar for juices. A great b&b, with a great location, just remember, you have to walk within Siena, no cars allowed, so travel light!

In the centre of Siena Room ok (small by Oz standards). Noisey being on the main piazza in Siena but very central. Walk anywhere within 10 minutes. Restaurants in abundance. Selection required.

Friendly, welcoming staff and the cleanliness of the property. Comfort -- the mattress could be upgraded to something newer/more supportive for a better night's sleep.

We had a really lovely twin room with shower. We could have used the kitchen had we wanted to, but used it only to chill our wine. The room had doors opening onto a delightful terrace overlooking the Church of San Domenico. We felt lucky to have stayed in such a lovely part of the city. We would recommend this B&B highly

The location was perfect. Near the bus station. The b&b is located in a building dated in the 1500s, with modern conveniences. We had a common kitchen at our disposal. Coffee, milk ,juices and various breads were provided for our use. The rooms were large and immaculately clean. We shared the kitchen with our friends and really enjoyed our stay. No air conditioning, but the fans helped.

Staff was helpful, position was great and the room was newly done up and very nice. We had a wonderful time and would come back. Only one issue and that is that we were not aware of the city parking restrictions - this might be useful to put with the hotel information.

Very nice staff, clean room, good breakfast. Attention: Sienna hospitality is actually an agency that books rooms all over the city center. My room did not have view at the plaza, but it was 10min walking away. uncomfortable bed, noisy room, bathroom outside of the room but private.

The hotel was very easy to find and get in and out of. It was nice to return to the room whenever I felt like a break. Everything was clean and the people were nice. The breakfast in the morning was well prepared.

Our appartment was in the middle of everything. It was a spacious room with a big bathroom and view. Staff was very helpful, room was very clean. Unfortunately there was no elevator (the hotel has nothing to do about it as Siena buildings are really old.) Please ask if they can arrange sth else if you have problems about your legs or back.

Very Friendly, helpful staff. Excelent Location. Close to il Campo Parking Garage. We were directed to another building and our room had a breathtaking view of Siena. The traffic on the street is very noisy even at night. But if you would ask for a room on the otherside of the building you would probably loose the view... It's your choice!

Location is excellent: a minute from Piazza del Campo but quiet. Nice room in a typical old house but with all comforts such as a good airco system. Welcome by the owner was nice as well: he gave some info on the town and good tips for restaurants (which were indeed very nice)

The hotel's manager, Walter, gave us some great advice about curiosities to see and good restaurants to have dinner. He even carried our luggage to our room. We booked a double room but got a little appartement instead, very spacy and clean, and we could use a little terrace we shared with the neighbours. The room was located close to the hotel's main building and close to the Duomo and not so far from the Piazza del Campo. Perfect location, perfect service, perfect room! Too bad that dogs are allowed in the hotel; the barking of our neighbour's dog woke us op at 6 am (which is way too early on holiday!) and kept us awake for at least 1,5h . Nothing else we didn't like, we had a marvelous stay!

The room was great. It was the best place that I stayed at while in Italy. It was near everything. The room was so big! And so was the bathroom! The only problems were the street noise, other than that, it was perfect.
