fabulous view from the shared living area, excellent location for palio.Beautiful appartment on the top floor. Great kitchen facilities. our bed room had no window only a sky light, but the view from the living area made up for it. |

We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodation which felt much more like having your own appartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The staff were excellent and we would return again. Perfectly located to walk the sites of this impressive little city. |

The best part was when we left. The room was up 10 flights of stairs. No lift. We had the carry our bags. The rude lady said there was a misprint, and that breakfast was not included. Its a b&b, bed and breakfast! It said breakfast included on our confirmation letter. Bathroom was also shared. |

The family run B&B was friendly and helpful. The appartment we stayed in was lovely and felt like a taste of Siena life. It was in a great location of the Duomo and Il Campo. Very good value for money. Two things. It is a long walk from where the bus will drop you outside the city walls. If you get the train to Siena then try to get a taxi to the hotel. The breakfast was very dissapointing. There was a small kitchen and dining area in the appartment block we were staying in that we had full use of. However, in the morning, this is where the hotel breakfast was served. |

The central location was the main attraction but I was surprised by the good quality of the accommodation when I arrived. It was spotlessly clean, the service was great, facilities were very good and it was a fantastic start to the holiday. All the central Siena hotels are expensive as you are paying for the location but this one is worth the money. |

Nice and helpfull staff. Perfect rooms. Located in the city center. Don't be afraid if you are going to arrive later than stated checkin closing time, they will kindly navigate you to your room via stickers:) |

Siena B&B was very good city centre hotel, located in a traditional building. It has been sensitively converted so as to give a real sense Siena. Particularly pleasing was that the decoration, ceilings, furniture, mirrors etc. were substantial gave a true sense of place unlike so many hotels. Staff were friendly, interested and welcoming. Breakfast could have have been slightly more generous but at the price I was paying this is not a valid complaint. |

The hotel was in the city center which was good for the going around the city. The hotel is not reachable by car (luggage transportation problem), breakfast is poor. |

Very central, smoothly organised. Charming welcome. Clean, simple, well-heated room. Very good value. The offered breakfast (in a nearby) bar was not available on the Sunday morning as the bar was closed! |

We really enjoy the stay at the B&B. Our apartment was incredible: bedroom, living room, kitchen, a big bath, and an old patio with water well. It is superbly located, in the city center in a historic house. Also the staff was very kind. We booked a parking place but they didn't inform us in advance that it was outside the city. |
