Siena Hospitality has a great location, a few steps from Piazza del Campo and the Duomo. Guest rooms and suites are cosy, making you feel instantly at home. The accommodation is shared out between different buildings in the heart of Siena, all just a few steps from each other. The friendly staff at Hospitality will take great care of you. Ask them about excursions to local wineries and tours of Siena. Hotel Rooms: 22 We're sorry, but it is currently not possible to make reservations for this hotel

The location was great. It was a very interesting setup, sort of like a rooming house with 5 bedrooms all using a common living room. My sons are older so it worked out great for them to have their own room down the hall from us. Much more cozy, safe and as I said homey feeling than a hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved that that this was such an old building, part of Siena's history, thats been refurbrished. David was friendly, informative and helpful.

The BB was the worse. The staff was not there when we arrived . When they got there they told us to go to another building that was a 20 minute walk away. At the next building the staff was fighting about what room to give us. The room had no heat, no hot water, no internet, and the shower was broken. That is only to name a few. .Don't go!!!

We liked the location and also being able to use the kitchen if we chose to fix meals. Staff was friendly and helpful. The front rooms were noisy on the weekend.

Siena b&b Mercato, was everything they announce to offer, with a plus, the staff. The restaurant La Finestra is not only linked, but responsible to the b&b in closed hours. And you get to have dinner there, excellent meal, good prices and nice waiters, "leda in special". And it is not a touristic area restaurant (better services, English, French menu and spoken). We had a good experience because we looked for information, We looked for contact, got the email and they answered clearly. Accomodation was very nice, renewed, clean, confortable, with Wi-Fi available and free, in the core of the historical city. City is closed for traffic so be aware if having a car, you will park away from center, but most historical cities have old down town like this. Get well informed and you will have nice time. Cost benefit, 100%. It is a down side, but not terrible. Just get extra information as soon as you make the reservation. Send an email asking info. We were aware of closed traffic for old town area, as we had a car and 4 nights, 3 days., We had to take a bus, walk some 500mts in total, and get the car when going to visit Toscana region. But transport is efficient. Free parking is 2,5km and payed parking, 800 to 900mts. So be aware of lugguage. In b&b Mercato you get to downton Piazza Mercato, unload and go back and park the car. So, travel light.

Near city center and bus station Hotel position is not the one showing on Booking.com confirmation mail. Although the clerk lady said they have mailed exact position to us yet we've never receeived the e-mail and thus made us walk another 20 minutes to the specific hotel. Wi-Fi light was working yet we've never linked on internet successfully. Breakfast was included in hotel fee yet the ristorante was closed on Sunday morning. We waited for it open until we left for fs station and the ristorante kept closing. How do we calculate the real "best price" without breakfast?

This b&b has a great location and is recently renovated, so everything is brand new and very clean. The staff were very accomodating, especially as we had to leave at 6:00 A.m, and the breakfast only started at 8:00 A.M., but they left out some packaged breakfast buns and allowed us to use the mini bar for juices. A great b&b, with a great location, just remember, you have to walk within Siena, no cars allowed, so travel light!

In the centre of Siena Room ok (small by Oz standards). Noisey being on the main piazza in Siena but very central. Walk anywhere within 10 minutes. Restaurants in abundance. Selection required.

Well done transformation of an old building into modern rooms. Good choice for breakfast (self-service) The car had to be taken to a parking at the tremendous fee of 25 eur /night - already discounted by 5 eur !

Friendly, welcoming staff and the cleanliness of the property. Comfort -- the mattress could be upgraded to something newer/more supportive for a better night's sleep.

We had a really lovely twin room with shower. We could have used the kitchen had we wanted to, but used it only to chill our wine. The room had doors opening onto a delightful terrace overlooking the Church of San Domenico. We felt lucky to have stayed in such a lovely part of the city. We would recommend this B&B highly

The location was perfect. Near the bus station. The b&b is located in a building dated in the 1500s, with modern conveniences. We had a common kitchen at our disposal. Coffee, milk ,juices and various breads were provided for our use. The rooms were large and immaculately clean. We shared the kitchen with our friends and really enjoyed our stay. No air conditioning, but the fans helped.

Staff was helpful, position was great and the room was newly done up and very nice. We had a wonderful time and would come back. Only one issue and that is that we were not aware of the city parking restrictions - this might be useful to put with the hotel information.

Very nice staff, clean room, good breakfast. Attention: Sienna hospitality is actually an agency that books rooms all over the city center. My room did not have view at the plaza, but it was 10min walking away. uncomfortable bed, noisy room, bathroom outside of the room but private.

Apartment in Siena was exceptional for the location, with its balcony looking out over the Campo. e-mail of instructions on how to find reception arrived after we had left UK! apartment was not properly cleaned - floor was dirty, there was rubbish from earlier occupants under the bed, and something far worse under one of the sofas (found when I moved it). In the humid conditions of last week, a bigger fan would have been desirable as no air-con. Worst was the bed : for the money charged, a low, noisy sofa-bed was really unacceptable.
