Sentral beliggenhet. Kort avstand til severdighetene og shopping. Relativ rimelig parkeringsmulighet (langt utenfor bymurene). Shuttleservice fra parkering til bosted. vi var heldig (denne gang) og fikk en leilighet og stor plass. - Rengjøring av gulv og overflater kunne vært bedre (men sengetøy og bad var rent). - Forkosttilbudet kunne vært bedre - en kupong til en bar rundt gjørnet som ga deg en kaffe og en croissant var ikke helt tilfredsstillende. - Det var litt skuffende at shuttleservicen til parkeringssted kun gjaldt en vei (ankomstdag). |

B&B Hospitality seems to be a network of independently operated rooms in Siena. We stayed in the Duomo building. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a 10 Euro taxi ride from the train stazione. Our host (Walter) spoke perfect English and was very helpful in helping us navigate through the town and region. The building facilities included a kitchen and an internet terminal. Very comfortable, great location. We would definitely stay there again. |

the position of the apartament, close to the bus station and to the free auto park. the style "ancient house". the general impression like "feeling at home". in general nothing was bad, no noise or caos problems from other clients (bridge of 8 dec 2009) i don't know how many we were, but sometimes drunk people in the street screaming. maybe the price in other periods of the year can be to high for the service offered, we were lucky. |

The manager was very helpful at all times and carried our bags up the stairs, can you ask for more. It was convenient to everything and the coffee shop across the road for breakfast was excellent. |

The feeling of authenticity and the location, as well as experiencing "something else", not the "usual" hotel; element of surprise.The staff was extremely nice and competent. The stairs and "up-and -downs": we were just coming from a long trip (plane + trains) and we were exhausted; we had to walk around the city with our luggage, which was not very convenient. It would have been write to adress us directly to the location of the apartment. |

Great location central to all attractions. Very well presented and in excellent condition. No control for air conditioning windows had to be opener so very noisy. Very por attempt at breakfaST, no coffee in italy!!!! |

The apartment was excellent and roomy. It was in a great location. Staff were not accessable. Breakfast was not provided on the first day. When we wanted to pay, they said they would accept cash only and would email the receipt later. Finally located some other person who gave us a receipt. Not business like. |

Comfort and size of room offered for the price. Ideally located for visiting Siena sites. Kitchen facilities at no extra cost which added to the comfort and convenience. Free use of the internet again conveniently located. When we arrived we were shown immediately to our room without having to wait everything was done efficiently. There was not a 24 hr reception although a number was made available in case of emergency. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice. It was centrally located where we could walk to all the sights we wanted to see. This appears to be a new operation and they are working hard to work out the bugs. For instance the light and fan goes on automatically when you step into the bathroom, but it went off all of a sudden when in the shower because the motion detector could not see someone was using the shower. The use of keys needs to be rethought also, as some guests leave doors open that should have been locked to those not using the premises. |

It was fantastic, friendly efficient staff provided us with a superb apartment for 3 and a breakfast voucher at an excellent nearby cafe: we liked it so much we came back and were given another splendid apartment at an even more reasonable rate. |

You should make clear that the parking is outside Siena, and also that the buses do not stop at the parking (Ai Tufi), which means that the only solution is to take a taxi. It was very inconvenient and expensive. You should find a better place for people to park their cars. |

Good location, friendly staff, hot/cold water available. Daily breakfast provided and room was cleaned every day. The quilt cover on the bed was good - new and looked clean. English language channel available (cnn). 1. Upon arrival in Siena, we had to locate the main office first and then from there walk to the apartment that was provided to us). For travellers carrying large suitcases or heavy backpacks or with children in tow, this could be a problem, especially given Siena's cobbled roads and the steep slopes at every turn. 2. There is no air conditioning available in the apartment we were allocated to. 3. The television was not working (with sound but no images). 4. The bedside lamps had their light bulbs removed. 5. The sliding door of the shower stall was broken. 6. Only 1 packet of shampoo/shower gel was provided throughout our stay of 3 days, 2 nights. That is 1 packet for 2 ladies. 7. Promises to fix the bed side lightbulbs were not adhered. |
