Good location close to the campo within the walls of Siena. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had booked two rooms under separate names but they gave us rooms side by side, sharing a kitchenette. They also gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant for lunch. One room had a terrace so we were able to self cater dinner and spend the evening on the terrace. We would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend to anyone.

The location was good. The breakfast provided was good. The registration of guests is away from the B&B location and it took a lot of time because the manager was very disorganized and it took him a lot of time to find the documents. The room itself was like a museum- old furniture with an odd smell and it was not cozy. The mable floor was very cold. The hose in the shower was broken. When you open the door to the bathroom at night you will not be able to sleep for 10 minutes at least after that because of extremely noisy ventilation that gets activated by the door.

The location was excellent The breakfast was little more than coffee and packaged melba-like toast. We thought that it was too minimal, even by European standards. Otherwise the accommodations were fine.

Staff was excellent. Helpful with every single detail on how to get around the city.made my stay very comfortable. Would definitely start there again. This was a very hot summer in Siena. A fan would have been nice. It is very difficult to find wifi in the city.

The staff. No air conditioning or WiFi. The shower stall and tv were too small and no English tv stations. The breakfast was fair. God bless.

Great service! We arrived late on the busiest day of the year for the famous Palio de Siena. The manager jumped in our car and directed us to a legal parking space and escorted us to our room. We stayed on the top floor and there was no lift. Can't complain though for and old city like this but it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. I'm sure they have more appropriate rooms if you requested.

I loved the room. It had a very pretty window and pot of flowers on it, and the rooms was clean and cozy. The location was great as well! It's only like 2 minutes from the Duomo. The staff didn't really speak good English so when I needed help figuring out some train/bus info. For the next day, it was a difficult task! The girl didn't seem very willing to help, either. She was getting frustrated because she didn't know how to talk to me about it.

This B & B is located very near Il Campo; an excellent location. The room and bathroom were fine, and the night-time noise was minimal, but slamming of shutters and motorbikes began around 5 am. The lack of hotel reception staff was limiting. The buffet breakfast was minimal. No A/C, and we didn't ask for a fan, as the weather was fine. The breakfast quality should be improved. If location is very important, and you don't need much information from the staff, and if breakfast is not important to you ... this is a good place.

I enjoyed the friendly, family run, English speaking b&b in the heart of beautiful Sienna. The price was reasonable. The location was excellent. I would recommend this establishment to my friends. The shower was very small and the lights suddenly went off in the middle of my shower.

The room (superior single) was comfortable and with traditional furnishings. Although it was right in the centre of Siena, it was very quiet and the private garden was a lovely spot to unwind in after some busy sightseeing.

L'accoglienza ricevuta dai proprietari/staff è stata eccellente. Disponibilità e cortesia credo siano le caratteristiche più importanti. Buona posizione e stanze essenziali ma molto accoglienti e dotate del necessario.
