An excellent location within walking distance of all sights and quality resturaunts. Very picturesque and fits the ambience of the city. Breakfast good with friendly and helpful service. I selected it for the cost but would recommend if because of location. |

The hotel is in the heart of the City, and is an excellent location if you want to soak up the atmosphere of Siena. It only cost us 10 Euros for a taxi from the train station! If you are taking a car then you will have a problem with parking because the City has parking for residents and taxis only!!! |

Location relative to city centre, friendliness of staff The included breakfast was a bit disappointing - It would be better if they either charged more for a better service or charged less and offered nothing at all. |

Run by a very friendly, helpful family The facilities are split over 2 sites, reception is at number 18 (not 19 as advertised on the website). Hard to find without a good map. But worth it |

1) location: very close and convenient to all major sights. 2) character/history of hotel residence, the fact that it was supposed to have a more intimate feel about it, being owned and run by a family. 3) you could self - cater to some extent, as there were kitchen facilities. 1) my room - it was supposed to be a double room for single use, but the single bed was a converted sofa, with no room for a double bed (indicates the smallness of the room) and the bathroom was very cramped. 2) My friend was accused of soiling the mattress of the bed in his room; he was even asked to pay for a new mattress. However, the accusation was entirely untrue. 3) Poor breakfast |

We were very unhappy with the poor quality breakfast provided. The first morning their was neither coffee or tea! The worst breakfast of any hotel that we stayed at in our three weeks in Italy. |

Our accommodation was upgraded for us, and we were very pleased to have extra room and facilities, as our daughter had travelled from London to spend some time with us in Siena. We appreciated the personal service given to us, and enjoyed our stay very much. |

Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Siena and the Tuscan hills. Located within the city walls of historic Siena, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and the famous Piazza del Campo. |
Located in the heart of the Contrada della Torre, just 200 metres from Piazza del Campo, this recently-renovated hotel blends modern comforts with traditional Gothic Medieval architecture. |
Il Casato offers the experience of staying in an ancient 14th century palace in the heart of the city, behind Piazza del Campo and a short walk from the Duomo. |
The hotel is centrally located on Via Montanini, an elegant shopping street only 200 metres from the famous Piazza del Campo and very close to the bus station. |
