The location was superb with all rooms looking over the plaza! It was close to everthing and the coffee shop right out the front door has the most amazing capuccino :-).

It was definately noisy but i expected it so not a problem for us. You can close the windows and shutters and dull a lot of the noise. It would NOT stop me from staying here again!

Wonderful location close to the main square. Staff were extremely helpful.

There wasn't really a proper kitchenette as the sink was simply a basin. The shower also flooded the entire room any time you used it. But on the whole it was a lovely apartment.

This property really is a studio apartment overlooking the Piazza del Campo. The jewel in the crown is its balcony overlooking all the activity in the piazza, giving you a prime vantage point to watch all the goings on. This property was certainly ideal for me as a solo traveller looking for somewhere to escape for a few days and its kitchenette meant that I could purchase some of abundant local produce and prepare it there and then! The bed is a comfortable foldout bed, and the lounge also features two couches. The air conditioning was good and the bathroom was great. It's very good value and I called and met the owner upon my arrival in Siena, and he was punctual and very friendly and accommodating. He also assisted with local information about transportation and other things. He's a local man who knows and loves Siena. It really is a beautiful property.

I didn't like the fact that I could only stay three nights...I would have loved to have stayed a week to wake up each morning see the landmark tower just outside the window. It had everything I needed, but if you're more accustomed to staying in a five star hotel then you had best find a five star hotel. There is no wifi, but many options for free wifi exist downstairs in the piazza. And, may I suggest you get a prepaid local SIM so you can beam all the amazing photographs straight to Facebook to brag about your location.

Surely the best location in Siena, overlooking the Campo.

Can't think of anything I didn't like, it was charmingly furnished, comfortable and spacious.

Great location only in the "off" season. Would be too hot and noisy any other time. Make sure you book the one with the view of the Campo.

    Tiny, tiny shower.

The positive elements are listed here above. Anisa was a charming host of a day.

Since we hardly slept, the two adults at least, until 4.30 in the morning, because of silly shouters, youngsters most of them, in group, and since it's hard to sleep with windows totally closed, I felt furious the noisiness of the week-end was not announced on your site, or the price was not lowered to what it meant to sleep without being able to sleep, so far too expensive for the Saturday night, and a feeling of having been cheated because of the absence of warning that nights were really noisy... probably none of yours ever tried to sleep in this apartment, so you will deny the noisiness as the person to whom I gave the key back did, or you will say everybody knows that a city is noisy on Saturday nights, but no it's a wrong argument, and you should say more frankly that it can be hard to sleep that specific night, which is why you lower the price at 60 euros a night, believe me I hated you organization, since we couldn't kill the bloody shouters. It was a bit noisy at night, but it was just people enjoying being there, laughter etc.

Fantastic location with a view directly onto the Piazza del campo. Wow. Its a good, well priced base to see this lovely city.

Studio appt is a bit basic and would benefit from a kettle and some more cutlery. The bed needs replacing but is ok for a few nights.

The experience of staying in a traditional apartment with original paintings, and furnishings was great. The location is excellent for nightlife and eating

While the experience was unique,it came at a price- lack of air conditioning in bedrooms made it impossible to sleep and although this apartment advertises a kitchen and bathroom, both were inadequate for any length of stay.if it is an experience you want, this is the apartment - if you would like a shower and sleep, look elsewhere

Location was excellent. Noisy because right on the main square, but double-glazed windows and shutters eliminated most of the noise - earplugs did the rest. The air-conditioning unit works really well and the main area of the studio was beautifully cool after the Siena heat! Manageress was lovely and full of interesting info on the town - she made me feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable. The studio has a small balconey which is quite rare and I loved sitting out there watching the goings-on in the square. Yes, the shower was slightly small but who don't spend all day in it! And no kettle...but plenty of pots to boil water in and just as fast, so it wasn't a problem. Thanks Aniso

No negatives for me. Location was great and the main studio area was two requirements for a great holiday!
