Hotel Siena  

This was a pleasant surprise for a 2-star hotel. It was a modern building and the rooms seemed to be recently renovated. Rooms were smallish but very comfortable. Staff was super helpful with our requests as well. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was kept tidy by the host. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

TV had over a hundred channels but not one in english (that I could find) : )

Good location near the city centre. 10 min walk to railway station. Room was clean and had excellent modern design.

There was a bit noise from the street. No refrigerator or minibar in the room.

The room was nice, the furniture was all new. Cleaning service was ok too. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great!

Great location, the hotel was within walking distance to all city sites and restaurants. It was clean and affordable.

The staff was warm and friendly and went out of the way to assist us in setting up sightseeing trips and in making recommendations on local restaurants. We would definitely stay at Hotel Siena if we return to Verona.

The hotel is perfectly located: 10 minutes (foot) from the station & airport bus and 10 minutes (foot) from the arena. I enjoyed the nice terrasse where you can take your breakfast. The single-room was small but I did not mind as the hotel was a very good mix of quality & price compared to the expensive prices of the area. There's a supermarket at the end of the road (towards the town center) which is most practical.

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The position in verona was ideal. A good hotel and I would return.

Breakfast experience was not of the standard I expect in Italy.

Easily reachable from railway station and from town centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable. People at the reception are really friendly and ready-to-help.

Never recieved an ansver on my e-mail. The receptionist at our arrival vas not inviting, friendly or even smiling.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice and choice of seating in/outdoor a pleasant option. Location for accessing town center and arena was perfect.

Good location: 5 min access to autostrada, city center is 10 mins walk. Within 5 mins walk supermarket (eurospar), and also 0-24h self-service vending machine (50 cent for 0.5l cold water). Not only sweets for breakfast: ham, cheese, etc. Has its own parking garage for 10 euro/night. Very good service for its two stars.

The breakfast in the garden of the hotel; very nice, quiet and cosy! Because my flight back was very early, I couldn´t have breakfast. The hotel staff gave me some fruit and crackers instead. So friendly and sympathetic.

A well-situated hotel being only a few minutes walk from the centre of Verona. Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English. It was lovely to have a breakfast area outdoors.

We arrived late but were greeted by the friendly staff and quickly got to our room which had a tiny balcony overlooking a delightful garden courtyard. The shower was a bit tight with only a curtain around but this was clean and easily managed if you were careful. Everything at the hotel was fresh and clean and breakfast in the courtyard, amidst oleander, petunias and olive trees was a great start to every day. Breakfast selection was simple but very adequate and the dining room was light and airy alongside the little courtyard. A small lift is a bit of a squeeze with lots of suitcases but no problem. A very comfy foyer offered boiled sweets while you wait and a fridge nearby catered for wine, beer, soft drinks etc. The location of this hotel is great- only 10 mins. stroll to the arena and with a few shops close by if you need fresh fruit, a pharmacy or a decent sized supermarket within 10 mins. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who gave us all the information we needed and ordered taxis promptly when required. We have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel and thank the staff for a lovely stay.

If really pressured, I would just add that tea making facilities in the room would have been the cherry on the top.

The location, betwixt railway station and Arena square was just perfect for us. Hotel Siena had everything we needed - breakfast out in the garden, small balcony, effective air conditioning (a huge bonus as it was extremely hot when we visited Verona), friendly and helpful staff and locked room to store our luggage until our train left on our final day. No complaints at all!
