great location (within walking distance from the main train station and the city (tourist) center. decent breakfast attentive staff
The receptionist Franco showed us what the receptionist should be like. Explained us everything and been very kind.
All other "receptionists" should not work in a hotel business. Especialy not a young lady who threw us out from the breakfast area and said: it is Sunday, and we workers also want to enjoy S.
easy to walk to station. quiet. staff initiative
Close to train. Newly renovated. Excellent concierge.
Location - 15 min walk from railway station, 7 min strait street to the supermarket and to the center, friendly staff, good sound isolation, good wifi
Poor breakfast, but was enough for us
Extremely helpful staff; hotel was updated and very clean; good breakfast; conveniently close to railway station; room was small but quiet and comfortable
The location was good - close to the train station and Arena. The room is very clean.
Breakfast was a bit poor, but it was ok with the price. Bathroom was small, but very clean.
Easy walk to town centre and shopping, little grocery store close by.
Room was very small, hot and stuffy. We had to keep the windows open and thus endured traffic noise and people dumping into the recycling bins late at night and early morning. Towels were very thin and small.
excellent staff - language ability and helpful in directions;very personable.
room was small but sufficient for this solo traveler
Great location between train station and old town. Modern, clean, friendly, reasonable price. We loved Verona...on par with Venice but not as hectic.
Windows opened. Bathroom in the room, not shared. Close to the train station. Easy walk to the centre of town and the street the hotel is located on has some great local restaurants, bars and a large grocery store as you walk in the direction towards the town centre.
We are very glad of your service. The staff was operating his responsibilities on a very high level. Every member of your staff was always ready to help the client any time help was needed. The rooms were too clean, comfortable and light. The hotel was situated in a very convenient place from where we could reach the centre easily.
One thing that we disliked and which is not connected with your hotel but with the city, was bike sharing service. We have tried to take a bike and do a cycling in the city, but as we did not have a post credit card, we were not allowed to do it in any other way. Please, if you have chance to get in touch with the responsible bodies of your city, inform them about this. Ask them to make the bike sharing process easier. Give the clients chance to take bike by paying cash money or bancomat.
Breakfast was skimpy. We were greeted by a receptionist that told me to get my bike out of the lobby. There was no welcome to the hotel, no greeting, only scolding me about the bike. Receptionists were very un-friendly and barely helpful.
Everything! Its location was close to the centre of Verona and was in easy walking distance from the station, Piazza Bra and the Roman amphitheatre. Breakfasts were excellent and could be taken inside or in the courtyard. Rooms were neat and tidy, and ours had a balcony. Staff were polite and helpful. We cannot understand the 2 star rating given to this hotel - it should have more!
Proximity to station. Close to centre of town. Recommendations for eating out were wonderful.
The walk out balcony and super helpful staff.
Breakfast is average, but in line with 2 star - the rest of the hotel is 3 star.
Breakfast can be earlier, some traveller may need to take early flight.
Very pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. Convenient location with the train station and historic core of city within easy walking distance (approx. 10 minutes in each case). Reasonably varied breakfast selection (breakfast area also features a pleasant outdoor courtyard). Good shower in room. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would certainly consider returning.
Lift shaft was just opposite my room which was slightly - but not too - disruptive when in use.
Near old town and railway station
The shower blocked with old hair
Facilities were good, position close to city centre, and staff generally helpful.
Housekeeping forgot to clean the room between my two night stay.
Nice breakfast on a lovely patio. The room was nice and clean and very close to city centre.
Voile curtains do not block out light when the room is overlooking a busy street. Very small ensuite and although advertised as having free wifi we were told it was not available
This hotel was easy to find on foot from the train station, which was nice after 12 hours of travel. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
I would expect more at this price, for example in Dublin; but I guess Verona is expensive in general.
The hotel was located close to the Arena so easy to walk everywhere. The staff were helpful and held opera tickets pending our arrival.
Staffs are friendly, not really far from arena (about 5-8 min Walk).
the room was not very clean. There are dust and hair (not from us) at some corner of the room.
easy to walk into city centre. pleasant neighbourhood
had to rearrange the beds to achieve a bedside table. Coffee not up to Italian standard
