Great location close to the centre of Rome. Breakfast was satisfactory and was enhanced by the pleasant service provided by the lady in the Breakfast Room. We were very disappointed by the attitude of the two gentleman attending the front counter. The initial interaction with us bordered on dismissive and did not improve until we departed. Renovations impede the entrance to the exceptionally small lift and no apology (or even mention of this) was forthcoming. |

Excellent location in the historic center, very close to Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi and bus stations and metro. Helpful and smiling staff, excellent breakfast, clean room. The room was a bit dark. But this is not a major problem. |

Hotel Staff. Good English speaking (for me as a French people), very helpfull for visit information, many thanks to him. Location, walking distance from all touristic sites in Rome. No air conditionning in the room, only a fan. Dificult when the temperature is around 30°C in Rome during june. I don't want to imagine the situation in july and august. |

The buffet breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us and the atmosphere was very relaxed but attentive. |

Avevo prenotato 2 camere doppie ed ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare 2 camere comunicanti, molto grandi e pure cin cucinino!!! una suie in pratica. Ottimo l'hotel, ottima la posizione. ci ritornerò sicuramente!!! |
