Hotel Siena  

1. The receptionists and staff are friendly and helpful. 2. The room size is decent and comfortable. 3. The design and decoration are pleasent.

Most of all I liked the friendly hotel staff and the hotel's excellent location!

The hotel being a stone's throw from the steps and the Trevi fountain was perfectly located. I loved the fact that it was a small intimate hotel with few guests, I believe it gave them the chance to pay particular attention to all their guests.

The elevator is small and rather old, that was our only gripe...as petty as that.

I loved the location. It's just a short walking distance to either the Spanish steps or Trevi fountain. It's right in the middle of everything.its the perfect place to stay to see Rome.

The room was the smallest room I ever saw in my life until I saw the bathroom.

Location was great; only 2 min to Fontana di Trevi and also walking distance to Piazza di Spagna. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and nice. We enjoyed staying at Siena Hotel very much.

Parking and driving in the area is a nightmare and too expensive. Don't plan to go there by car.

The location was great, easy access to the metro and major sightseeing spots. Room was fantastic.

The rooms were so warm that we had to turn the heater off and open a window, once the room was comfortable everything was great. Would have like to have seen a little bit more variety with breakfast.

Located more or less in the middle of Rome city, the hotel offers a walking distance away from various locations that might pique the interest of any traveller visiting Rome for a leisure holiday: shopping, sight-seeing and even a simple getaway with the ease of a city not too far away. Although not strictly recommended for backpackers, the hotel does have the professionalism of a luxury inn coupled with the feel of a simple place to call the night.

No big qualms with the hotel, although finding it for someone who might be new to Rome or doesn't speak the local language might be a bit of a bother. Strategic location with an un-strategic way of finding it down the narrow one-way street.

Location is superb, modern design, staff's attitude is nice and professional, cleaness is impeccable

Uncofortable pillows, breakfast variety is poor for 4 star hotel

We love the location and the friendly staff especially the Gentleman name Gianni. He did went the extra mile to help us and help arrange transportation to the airport on our day of leaving. He is ultra helpful and we feel like home especially our native language is English.

Two person elevator but its an historic building so can really complain.

Very Central, very good staff, new rooms, compact but very nice. Will stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel. Amazing location , central to all the sights and near to the metro ( we used this mode of transport for the vatican city ) very cheap and easy to use. The hotel was reasonable in price , very friendly breakfast staff who make you feel really comfortable in your stay. All in all very pleasant and will definatly stay here again

The location is amazing - just between Piazza di Spagna and Fontana di Trevi, , the staff is really nice and helpfull, the rooms are great. Overall - it was great.

convenient location

The hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks from the spanish steps. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of the way to make you feel at home. Very cute hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

The small elevator and the room lighting was on the dark side.

central locn

Amazing stay with friendly, helpful staff (especially Giovanni) who went out of their way to assist in every way possible. The central location cannot be beaten and the historical factor - a 900 year old building, is incredible if you appreciate historical architecture. I highly recommend Hotel Siena to anyone considering staying.

location friendly economic

we ask for 2 beds and they were too narrows and the bathroom too small more for jung people tha for us (60-70 years old). But again the price & location r excellent

Staff excellent, position and design

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, close to everything...just great!! It made my stay in Rome really perfect!!

The mattress was too hard.
