Hotel Sierra Silvana  

The Hotel is in a small quiet town of Selva di Fasano quite close to many beautiful places such as Alberobello (city of Trullies) and Locorotondo. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The gardens were kept beautifully and the Trulli within the garden gave it a wonderful feature . There were many facilities/ play area for "young children". Their private beach attached to the sister hotel , Del Levante ( about 25 mintues away ) was also very clean with many excellent facilities and friendly staff.

We travelled with 5 teenagers and the hotel was not "geared " to their needs as there were mainly eldery visitors and families with young children. I would recommend Del Levante hotel ( the sister hotel)for "more life and sport".(although there was a table tennis table next to the pool!) There was a car rally on the weekend of our stay which causes some problem with leaving the hotel and getting down the hill to the sea side and the other towns ,but it made our stay a little more adventures. We only had one dinner which was not so great but that could have due to high numbers of guests and our late arrival.However the price was very reasonable. Only one member of staff ( a lady) was not so friendly!

Amazing location, staff were top-class, they went out of their way to look after us, as unlike most, we didnt hire a car, not too enamoured about how the Italians drive......so we used the bus, train, hotels shuttle bus to the beautiful beach and they also arranged for us to get to their sister hotel, the 5 star Masseria Torre Coccaro to dine and also collected us. Laura, one of the ladies at reception was from the locality and she gave us great help planning our itinery for the fortnight, highly recommended visits to Ostuni and Lucca, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Could not fault this hotel and great value for the price..

Perhaps breakfast finishing at 9.30am is a tad early

Hotel di buona qualita'

Posizione ottima, molto carino, ideale per famiglie con bambini, ampi spazi gioco e intrattenimento

La dimensione della struttura, è praticamente un villaggio!

Non mi aspettavo tanta cortesia e bellezza della struttura

Ottimo, personale molto cordiale, camere pulite ottima e abbondante la colazione e anche il servizio di ristorazione.

Personale attento alle esigenze del cliente, location immersa nel verde con paesaggi suggestivi. Ottimo per due giorni di relax...

Diciamo che non è propriamente un ambiente per giovani, anzi, ma comunque confortevole

Il verde ben curato, la colazione ricca e sfiziosa (c'erano addirittura le friselline), i giochi per i bambini, la bella piscina per adulti, il ping pong libero, i grandi spazi, il personale molto gentile e bendisposto nei confronti del cliente, la spiaggia convenzionata e il servizio navetta tutto compreso nel prezzo.

Qualche insetto in camera, una festa privata in hotel con musica fino a tarda notte, la piscina per bambini un pò sporca, il ristorante dell'hotel troppo caro e senza pizzeria, il terzo letto in camera scomodissimo.

Comfort

Struttura immersa nel verde. Mediamente silenziosa. E' necessario avere l'auto.

L'ho scelto solo perchè si trovava vicino alla chiesa dovendo andare ad un matrimonio. Sono stata in Puglia altre volte e pur essendo l'albergo carino non lo consiglierei ci sono strutture + caratteristiche. Inoltre l'albergo consente di fare il check in alle 15 ed il check out alle 10. Viaggio tanto e non ricordo di aver mai pernottato in una struttura con orari così assurdi... Stando 1 notte ho pagato di fatto per poche ore.

Con la coppia di amici miei "Genovese Peter" quali hanno scelto di prenotare presso l'holtel Sierra Silvana, ci siamo trovati bene. Sono stati quasi 3 giorni di perfetto relax. Ci e' piaciuto tantissimo il silenzio e la tranquillita' dell'hotel.... La piscina attrezzata di sdraio ed I giochi dei bambini, anche se a mio modesto parere come giochi sono un po' pochini.
