It is a big hotel, nice swimming pool with a nice terrace overseeing it. It is high up so in the night is fresh air.

The room we were given was on the ground floor and it smell mouldy. I was expecting a breakfast with fresh local produces and fresh fruit, instead it was only canned fruit and industrial made jams. Why doesn't the hotel purchase fruit, olives, cheese from the locals?

Hotel had a great concierge that was extremely helpful and dedicated by the name of Laura. The service and advice she provided made our stay a pleasure.

The area where the hotel is situated is excellent. Lots to see and do. Hotel room were good value for money and were cleaned every day.

The breakfast was the same each morning - scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages with buffet. Would like to choose which way to have eggs etc. and have them freshly made. The swimming pool was cold so you could not use it.

All the staff was very profesional and very kind with all of us. Good excelennt with a big variety in breakfast and lunch/dinner.

I would personaly put a room divider or folding screen to separate the restaurant and the main entrance of thew kitchen. It was a bit noisy and busy when we were sat next to this door.

The hotel itself was very nice but rooms were a bit basic opt to pay for a garden view. The location was excellent especially for visiting the surrounding areas but you need a car if you are not on a tour holiday as there is not much in the village. Pool side food and drinks were very reasonable.

The room itself. Ate once in the restaurant for dinner and was not over keen and neither were other guests we spoke too but if you havent got a car you need to have half board.

The fresh mountain air and surrounding trees. Nice pool and helpful and attentive staff in restaurant.

The Hotel entertainment in the evening was bleak to put it mildly. Singers playing the organ who clearly could not sing with only a very elderly audience in appreciation (elephant's graveyard) springs to mind. Also, for the two weeks that our family was there, the Tango Competition that the Hotel was hosting, completely dominated the Hotel to the detriment of other holidaymakers.

The air conditioning was system was fantastic for an Italian hotel Interconnecting rooms Reception desk staff were very good and healpfull good security clean , quiet , around the corner is a nice street with some restaurants and Bari's wealthy people's Villa's

Some of restaurant staff were not friendly or helpfull main Pool was very deep Loud music at pool no kids club very Italian car park attendant was over fussy the kids thought the place was very boring the directions are hard to follow and the roads to the hotel are quite dangerous for a few Km up the mountain !!
