Sighientu Life Hotel & SPA

Everything was well organised and despite the hotel being full because of the size of the hotel it didn't feel that busy which was important for us as we had come to chill out for a week .

Beacuse it was near the end of season it was was difficult on some days to get a decent snack at the hotel at lunchtime ( we didn't want to eat in the restaurant) so better facilities for this would be good. More variety too ( ham and cheese sandwiches get boring after a couple of days).

The mini club team for children and adults could not doing enough. They were excellent entertainment

Spa retreat was a an absolute joy!

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean although the pitted nature of the stone floor and sink surround makes it difficult to clean thoroughly (V. rustic). The food and dining facilities were excellent with plenty of choice of what to eat and places to sit. The pool and beach were uncrowded so there was no problem to find sun-beds throughout the day or to avoid the noise of the poolside entertainment if needed. Also, a lot of thought and care had gone into maintaining the gardens which were very pretty. Neighboring beaches provided a pleasant place to walk even during the hottest parts of the day. Overall, the place to go for a relaxing holiday.

We felt that more information could have been given to new arrivees (E.g dining room opening times, Spa options and what the extra charges for pool/beach covered). The quality of the rooms could be improved by blocking the holes in the wall between neighboring bathrooms which allows unsavory noises and smells to travel and by updating the decor. We were a little disappointed that we did not have a proper balcony in our room on which to sit out. Poolside and evening entertainment was mostly for children and Italian speakers which is ok if, like us, this is not of primary interest.

Lovely setting on a private beach. Cool deco and stylish place.

The English spoken by staff was very limited. There wasn't any really "help" or advise on anything about the hotel. Difficult to get information. No babysitting service and no kids mini-club open. Not very warm or friendly staff (except for the bar man and 1 waitress who smiled and tried to help understand) Difficult if you don't speak Italian and know your way around Sardinia.

Le plan (carte) donné sur votre site ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité. Nous avons du chercher un bon moment malgré le GPS

prachtig zwembad, mooi opgezet complex met goede uitstraling

kamer was erg sober, buffet (ontbijt en diner) viel tegen > weinig variatie en gerechten werden niet altijd goed bijgevuld, het strand was niet mooi, veel zeewier en geen helder water, terwijl er prachtige stranden in de buurt zijn

Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Pool und einen ansprechenden Eingangsbereich.

Beim Einchecken bekommt man farbige Plastikbändchen an den Arm, die nicht zerstörungsfrei wegzukriegen sind. Strand eher nicht so schön.

il servizio la struttura ad eccezione della piscina all' aperto che e'sciolosa e pericolosa per le persone normodotate e per me che sono disabile non ho potuto usufruirne perche'era difficoltoso l' accesso in mancanza di una scaletta o di un corrimano. La cena era di qualita'appena sufficente.

E' situato vicino al porto per cui la spiaggia e il mare non sono ottimali (info mai fornite)
