near from central, easy to go station, supermarket and shopping place, the staff is good
Very cold room. Loft is dusty. Shower isn't high water pressure.
location and cheap
we were promised free parking but had to pay 18 euros nearby for 1 night
The location was great. The staff was helpful. The room was well heated.
When we arrived we noticed that it was not a hotel as all hotels look like...basically its not a hotel and definately not a suite hotel. When we arrived the owner was using our room so we didnt like this. Also all the pictures of the rooms are photoshopped...Furthermore was ok but it could have been better. The shower was not all days hot...All in all,the hotel was not worth its value but the location made it up for all the frustration.
Izlam the responsible man of the rooms is the best!
Buono! The staff was very nice and the location was great. The room was cosy and the top bunkbed was a great idea!!
The breakfast wasn't great but it was ok for what you pay for.
Location was close to metro wifi was good, in all rooms
Hard to find, no singage waiting around for staff to check in and breakfast wasnt on time until discussed. Bed was not comfortable, was hard to sleep in.
the location, the hotel rooms looked well furnished and very stylish.
the room looked very clean on the first look... it wasn't vacuumed so we had to see the hair and dust from former guests. The staff was always friendly BUT NEVER helpful! No matter what kind of questions i had, he had no clue. Seemed like he acted clueless just for not having doing some extra work-> worst service i ever experienced in a hotel
We had the 65m2 apartment and it has a kitchen/livingroom, a main bedroom and above (!) a big bed, but which you are not allowed to use, a small room with just a bed and a little cupboard and a little bathroom. All things considered it doesnt seem to be 65m2, but absolutely ok, especially the location: Colosseo, the Roman Forum, Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore (supermarket next to)... just 7minutes to walk. And perfect coffee at the beginning of Via di S. Martino Ai Monti next to Zizzi Pizza (1min walk). :) We got (typically italian) breakfast every morning (croissant, capuccino, juices, fruits, jam...). Contact to the owner/renter was ok too and he helped us when we had questions. Metrostation Cavour: 200m away. We had to leave early, but got after asking our breakfast already in the evening before, therefore we didnt have to leave with empty stomachs. :) Recommended! Litte advice: dont buy a day pass for the metro (6€), because one ride costs 1,50€ for 100minutes and first of all: Walking is the best way to visit Rome!
Although check-in starts at 12am, the apartment was still dirty (one of the employees came at 12:30h) but we could leave our luggages there and start our sightseeing. The photos on booking.com didn't show our apartment, just a similar one. We asked for clearing a blocked drain, but nothing happenend. TV didnt work (not important for such a trip, but sometimes its nice just to watch TV after a long day of sightseeing :) ).
The service was good. The beds were not comfortable as they seemed, but at least they were very spacious. The place is near the center of the city.
Do not take the breakfast. You can eat better in a place outside. Terrible breakfast. It was a very cold room.

we stayed for a short trip and the structure is well located just 1 minute walking distance to central train and walking distance to monti . at the angel there is old famous church . nice restaurants just in the down floor and the are is very quite though it is in central train station . the staff was serving everyday fresh breakfast and cleaning room services everyday . we highly recommend "
Big, clean apartment very close to Colosseum and Forum Romanum. Underground just 2 minutes away to reach most of important places in ROME. Fully furnished kitchen for those who like to cook at home. Wifi fast. Very close to the Termini station. Good assistance and basic breakfast served and delivered to the apartment. Big comfortable bed. Overall recommended.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were choosing a hotel in Rome for very long time, this hotel is not expensive and it is only 5 minutes walk from Colloseo, breakfast is in room, very tasty croissant with coffee, nice staff. I recommend!
Location - close to Colosseum and termini station
Breakfast - was poor, small cup of juice and few slices of bread staff - not very talkative, not alot of information given when we arrived, arrived and walked to room without a word and then got an email about city tax in which we were not asked for on arrival. Bathroom - we had a private bathroom but it was not attached to the room but down the end of the corridor, not fun late at night
The location is great! Very close to Colosseo, Forums and other sights! The design and breakfast are nice too. Roma Termini station is close too!
The bathroom is very small. There was only soap. No shampoo, no gel... you need the map (or just to know where you have to go) to find it. After check out there is no possible to leave your luggage somewhere.
