Staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good.
The music at the pool plays until 10:00 PM on week nights and it is really annoying. I know 10:00 PM is not late to some folks, but it is late for me.
Very convenient to NATO. Great staff who gave excellent, friendly service! Best place to stay in Sig
Good location and breakfast. Many of the front desk staff were helpful in finding restaurants.
Satellite tv and the bar and the over cleanliness of the rooms were great.
The size of the room TVs, not to mention age of them needs to be more modern. New tv with the satellite signal would be perfect.
The nearness to the airport Nice rooms and size of the room Overall a good hotel
The bathroom needs to be repaired regarding the painting above bathtub The wifi dropped out quite often No english program on the TV
Large rooms and nice bar and restaurant
A little run down. Old bathroom fixtures.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Quiet, large room. Very clean in all areas of the hotel and outside. Breakfast service and food were good. Food at the resturant was excellent and the service was outstanding!
The Wi-Fi is substandard. It's ok for just common browsing (although it did go down multiple times for more than 20 minutes each time), but for viewing videos (streaming or downloading) it is not useable. There are plenty of access points throughout the hotel, so you can access the network from anywhere. It just needs more bandwidth to handle video and other activities needing higher bandwidth, such as accessing work emails/files. The water out of the faucet is undrinkable and had a metallic smell. It seemed safe enought to use for bathing, but I wouldn't want to use it for an extended length of time (more than a week or two). Just my opinion. I have no knowledge of it being unsafe to use. Bed and chairs in room aren't very comfortable. Not really an issue if you don't spend too much time in the room working on the computer or watching TV.
Service and food was great
Service and food was great
free breakfast - croissants, rolls, boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt, sliced meat, fresh tasting juice. Right across from sigonella base. the hotel restaurant was pretty good - my son liked the pizza. My son also liked the pool table in the restaurant. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was pretty with red leatherette sofas. The pool looked beautiful although we didn't use it. Our room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs and a little table. I liked sitting out there and reading.
the breakfast room was not ventilated sufficiently. It was in the basement with no windows. It was rather stuffy. There were two coffee machines in the basement but neither produced drinkable coffee. one of the machines squirted the liquid at weird angles so one had to play a game of catch the coffee with the cup. The beds were not optimally comfortable but with the help of a sleeping pill, I got a good night sleep. my 9 yo son didn't like the sign for the strip bar "69" which was next door. There was a lot of trash along the highway in front of the hotel.
Very loud music playing at the pool like a disco until late at night makes it hard to sleep Free wifi with no password had very poor download speed = could not do my work It's clear the hotel needs renovation work all throughout = not worth 95 euros for one night Breakfast was a joke including green scrambled eggs
We were able to check in several hours early. The hot breakfast was included in the price and was substantial for a European breakfast. The hotel has a great pool area with swim-up bar and a good restaurant. The rooms are a bit dated, yet the hotel is very clean and well maintained and has a nice spacious lobby area.
The front desk staff seemed unfriendly, but I believe it was a language barrier issue. This hotel is not centrally located for sightseeing and is mainly a hub for those visiting nas Sigonella.
