Hotel Silla

Good location,quiet and comfortable. Obliging and friendly service from all staff. Good value and would certaionly pay a return visit.

Minor point but tea/coffee facility in the bedroom would be an added benefit.

Excellent reception & breakfast.

The hotel provided excellent value for money. It is in a quiet location and yet is very well positioned to gain access to the major attractions of Florence. The room was large, comfortable and cool. It was nice to start each day by eating breakfast on the terrace.

The wireless internet was not usable during our stay. The connection would drop after about 5 minutes, and at other times it wasn't possible to connect at all. From the conversations we overheard at reception, it wasn't just us experiencing problems with this 'service'. As all other aspects of the hotel are of such a high standard, it would be well worth while resolving this relatively minor issue.

the room was very nicely decorated and the staff was nice. free internet and available (not free) parking

the bed was old and not comfortable. the sheets were not changed after our first night. we shared our breakfast with pigeons and bees.

The excellent service and helpfulness of the staff.

A hotel restaurant would be a nice addition.

Hotel muy bien situado, antiguo pero bien conservado y limpio, el peronal del mismo muy amable y nos ayudaron en lo que solicitamos amablemente

Kellemes reggeliző terasz, nagy szoba, jó fekvés, korrekt tisztaság takarítás, jó reggeli, garázs amelyet felügyeltek

a 3.szobát nem ajánljuk jelenleg, mert éjjel kifolyt a légkondi víz így vízcseppek miatt aludni sem lehetett.Gyanítjuk továbbá, hogy a 3 éjszaka alatt összesen 9 szúnyog, amelyet meg kellett ölni, de még jött mindegyik helyett +3 szintén a nedves légkondiban tanyázik, vagy az Arno-ban mindenesetre ez sajnos nagy mértékben beárnyékolta a tartózkodást.

Hotel bem localizado, a poucos minutos a pe dos pontos de interesse da cidade. Funcionários muito simpaticos e atenciosos e um bom café da manha ao ar livre. O quarto é enorme e muito simpatico na decoração. Já indiquei para varios amigos. Volto com com certeza!!!

God beliggenhed tæt på den gamle bydel. Vi havde et meget stort værelse til 4 personer. Fint med mulighed for privat parkering.

Die Lage des Hotels. Man kann zu Fuß die Seheswürdikeiten erreichen. Schöne Terrasse, wo man beim shönen Wetter mit Blick auf Arno früstücken kann.

Empfangspersonal kann etwa persönlicher und freundlicher sein.

O hotel é bem localizado. O quarto é espaçoso, mas simples. O café da manhá é satisfatório. Intenet wireless gratuita.

O estacionamento foi um pouco complicado. Determinado dia tive que parar o carro na porta da garagem, subir até a recepção, pegar a chave, voltar para a garagem e depois voltar para devolver a chave.

床がカーペットではなかったからでしょうか・・・上の階の靴音が響いて聞こえました。また、水周りの消毒に- 塩素を使われていたようですが、換気扇がまわっていなかったのか、プールのような臭いが強くてしばらくは辛- かったです。しかし、消毒をしっかりしている、ということですから特に問題には思いませんでした。4人部屋- に宿泊しましたが、シャワーブースとバスタブ入浴を同時に使えたのはうれしかったです。
