приятный уютный отель, с обходительным персоналом. в номере всегда чисто. уборка 2 раза в день. питание хорошее. по утрам правда, иногда повар как-то ленится, но все решаемо. расположение близко к термам - это тем, кто лечится. есть спа процедуры и спа комплекс. на мой взгляд немного маловат, особенно в жаркий сезон. но когда мало людей там прекрасно.

Albergo lussuoso nel centro di Fiuggi. Ottima spa e buona colazione, pranzo, cena. Wifi non velocissimo ma gratuito e disponibile ovunque nell albergo. Il punto di forza è un'ottima spa e nei mesi estivi una piscina riscaldata esterna.

Camera ampia con balcone,ben pulita. Spa molto bella e funzionale con varie opzioni. Personale della spa cordiale e professionale. Struttura datata,necessita di ristrutturazione.Nota dolente il servizio di prima colazione, camerieri poco presenti in sala, tazze sul buffet sporche( non ben lavate), per averne di pulite ho dovuto attendere piu di 5 minuti. Yougurt tenuto sul buffet a temperatura ambiente,in barba alle normative HACCP,vasi contenenti confetture e marmellate sporchi e non curati.

Non ci aspettavamo un centro benessere cosi....stupendo siamo stati davvero in relax e benessere totale....lela camera era ampia solare emolto accogliente come lo staff..... La merenda poi da favola... Abbiamo anche preso il sole in piscina esterna uao che belloooooooo peccato sia finita ciao alla prossima!!!!!!!!!!!vacanza

Hotel dire trascurato e' poco, personale insufficiente, tv in camera solo 5 canali,al bar dovevi trovare prima il personale e poi ordinare, pulizia camere molto scarsa.parcheggio dissestato,accappatoio spa piu che usato, esperienza negativa al massimo, un frigo di 4 stelle in camera solo coca e aranciata, ....pessimo per 4 st discreto per un 2 st

L'hotel dispone di una Spa eccellente, ben attrezzata, ben organizzata con personale qualificato e sempre gentile e disponibile. Ampia scelta di trattamenti. Buona l'idea del tè e dei dolci nel pomeriggio. Bagni ristrutturati ok. Buona anche la colazione. Daniela della reception molto gentile. Hotel storico e forse proprio per questo meriterebbe una "rinfrescata" o comunque qualche ammodernamento sia negli spazi comuni sia nelle camere (così come fatto per I bagni!); materassi, grandi si, ma troppo rigidi e cuscini anche loro o rigidi o deformati; il giorno dopo si è costretti ad un massaggio! Tutto sommato però si sta bene e mi sento di consigliarlo!
