La cortesia del personale, l'ottimo servizio.

hotel magnifico, ha tutto di un quattro stelle, al posto della stanza vista montagna ci hanno dato allo stesso prezzo una mini suite con vista lago. ambiente bello ed elegante, vista sul lago eccezionale

Semplicemente fantastica la cordialità del personale, il servizio di ottima qualità, luoghi esterni, piscina e parco, ideali per una vera giornata di relax. merita .....

L'hotel è molto bello, il personale gentilissimo (spontaneo upgrade da parte della receptionist della camera prenotata con una vista lago e balcone enorme). Le camere sono grandi ed attrezzate di tutto accappatoio e ciabattine comprese. Per la piscina sono disponibili teli alla reception. La colazione non costa 25 euro come indicato, ma 16. Se si è abituati ad una colazione abbondante vale la pena anche solo per usufruire della sontuosa sala da pranzo Servizi impeccabili, bella la piscina ed il giardino.

I servizi non compresi nel prezzo della stanza sono forse un po' cari, ma la possibilità di scegliere se usufruirne o no, rende tutto più semplice. Se si opta per una colazione al bar, il bar più vicino è un po' distante.

La posizione strategica dell'hotel (vicina al lago, al paese e ad una meravigliosa camminata), la piscina immersa in un curatissimo parco, la possibilità di praticare sport (es. calcio a 5) e l'elevatissimo livello di immagine e comfort.

It was very beautiful inside and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs.

We were disappointed with the price of the breakfast. We didn't eat there and saw a bus load of tourists staying there who also went elsewhere for breakfast. Too bad as the dining room is beautiful.

the hotel has very nice grounds that are well kept.

The hotel is on a very busy road and the traffic noise was loud all night long. this hotel also seems to attract mostly retired people and being a couple in our forties We were by far the youngest guests and we looked a little out of place.

The pool area was excellent and teh hotel provided free towels. The location of the hotel is 5 mins walk from Baveno's lake front and 1 minute from a handy supermarket. The food we ate at the hotel was nice (we had no meals included in our package)

The hotel felt more like a business hotel rather than holiday stay. The drinks in the bar were overpriced as were most other extras. There were no drying facilities in the room nor was ironing allowed and the laundry was very expensive.

The pool and garden area are really very nice. There were plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and in the grassed garden areas, where there were also plenty of tables and chairs. Baveno itself is small with a few bars and restaurants, but I preferred the next town on the lake - Stresa, for choice of restaurants and shops.

The staff appeared to be very nice and when we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a lake view with a balcony, which on the surface appeared to be a good result for us because we had only paid for a mountain view room for 3 nights. We were shown the room which was a duplex style room with the bed in the attic area, and it did have a balcony (albeit that you had to stand to see the lake because the balcony was a wall about chest hight when standing). What we didn't know at that point was that the walls in the bed area were paper thin - so much so that you could easily hear the conversation in the room next door (as if they were in the same room). But that is not the worst thing - the elevator equipment is also in the loft space and was just outside our room, so every time one of the TWO lifts was used we got a whizz and a clonk at EVERY stop of each lift so don't expect to sleep in much after 07:00 if you get the same room as we had. When I discussed the noise (and the possibility of moving) with the receptionist she seemed surprised - as if no one had ever complained about the room noise before. Perhaps not, but I doubt it. She did however 'appear' helpful by offering us an alternative room on the road side, ground floor with no window and which smelt of damp (I assumed this was the room that they offer anyone who complained to make them feel better off where they were!) So as we only had two more nights we politely declined and remained in the elevator equipment room and all it cost us was a couple of nights lack of sleep and the price of some earplugs. Having said all that, and to be fair, if you get a decent room this is a very nice hotel.

A lot of noice comming from elevator and bathroom from other rooms in the morning.

The staff were very helpful, room was clean and facilities good. The dinner on the last night (we only ate at the restaurant once) was very good. Did not eat breakfast as not included in the price and a bit pricy when all we wanted was a cup of coffee and crossiant.

There is nothing really to complain about. Maybe only we booked a superior twin room hoping to get a balcony but did not only small windows. The picture of the room had ceiling to floor windows so presumed that was what we would get in our room but was not the case.The rooms were very small.

Breakfast and drinks much too expensive. They also charged us city tax of three euros a day which when we booked wasn't applicable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we would like to be reimbursed for this ! Twenty seven euros

great hotel with very friendly and amazing helpful service, will make sure to stay there next time I go near Lombardia.

Fabulous views of Lake Maggiore and mountains. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Quality of mattresses on beds let down the room. Pity - everything else was great.

Unlike most hotels, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect with ample and safe parking. The lake view from our third floor Junior Suite with the two balconies was stunning. All the staff were wonderful, especially the reception and cleaning staff. You can use some of the facilities in the Sister Hotel (Dino), which can be accessed through a long gallery full of paintings and is a joy to pass through. Our room and bathroom were imaculate. Our room was configured for two single beds, but the hotel were more than happy to change the bed for a double. After being let down by a brand new Volvo car en-route and unimpressed by the Allianz Global Assist (Mondial), it was so nice to have a service which could not be faulted. In fact it was so nice we cancelled our stay in lake Como and exended our stay here. We will certainly return, and highly recommend the hotel to our friends and family. This hotel is one of a family run group of 4 hotels which retain the family run feel, where quality, service and asthetic feel are obviously the primary concern of the hotel.

Such a peaceful location, however have a lake view. We were on the corner, near to the road, it's very busy, even before peak season and the traffic was constant. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother. Great location for a short break. All the hotels in the group are of a good quality. Great for a short break to explore Lake Maggiore. Try the train journey through the mountains to Switzerland and journey across the Lake back, takes a day.

16 Euros for a continental breakfast is too much. We did not use the hotel facilities during our stay. Both pools are very nice and everywhere is spotless. shame the hotel didn't offer dinner or a dining package at a reduced rate. However we ate out and there were enough small restaurants to choose.

La gentillesse du personnel, la restauration qui y est excellente

Das Zimmer war konfortabel, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Parkplatz und schöne Gartenanlage die Zimmer auf der Rückseite sehr ruhig

Das Balkon hatte vielleicht 1,5 QM - zu klein Terrassen und Balkone sehr sterill - ohne jegliche Blumen oder Bepflanzung Preisleistungsverhältnis schlecht - für € 300,- weder Frühstück noch Internet inbegriffen
