Location and friendly staff

The location of the hotel close to beach is the hotel's main attraction. The surrounds and local area are untidy and showing signs of age. The room was a decent size and the air conditioning was reasonably effective Breakfast on the first floor deck was pleasant and the in house restaurant was a good option to beach bars .The large swimming pool was exceptionally good .

The soft furnishings and bed need upgrading as does the television. Generally the hotel needs a total revamp to attract return visitors . This hotel is probably best available option for a few days in this area . Basically the local council/government agencies need to upgrade the locale to bring it up to a more attractive and appealing holiday venue

the hotel stay was appalling.the owner was the most unfriendliest person I have ever met.We did not complain only because we wanted a lift to the airport.There was no mini golf as advertised,and the surrounding area is a bit like Blackpool.The breakfast consisted of ,I kid you not,the previous days sliced bread and boiled eggs, and sliced tomatoes with mould on.This was the most expensive out of three hotels we stayed in on sicily and two of those were in Taormina!!, Frankly it spoiled what was otherwise a lovely trip,The noise from next door was irritating and you have to wear a swimming Cap in the pool which is over chlorinated,and you have to buy the cap as well.My daughter and I were both ill so my advice is to stay in Palermo,we definitely wish we did!.

If the beach and the pool is enough for you, maybe this is you hotel, but there are many other hotels too in Sicily. Car is a must if you want to make daytrip to Palermo or anywhere else.."..few kilometres from Palermo.. " actually the distance is 20 kms and takes over 1 hr by bus and the bus stop is 2 kms from hotel.

Expertise of the staff is not premium, it is possible to get answers if you can ask right questions. English is quite poor, and some of staff were unfriendly. Cancellation (we cancel 2 nights /5) were difficult, so I had to call Customer Service by myself. Activities are very much overestimated: for example bikes were poor, empty tyres--pumps were also broken, pedal got broken, saddles and handlebars were unstable. The atmosphere was anything but hospitable. I can´t recommend this hotel at all!

Not all staff were friendly and the room was not dust-cleaned since a long period !

La cercanía a la playa y la piscina del hotel

El precio es excesivo para el tipo de hotel. Hay hoteles muchísimo mejores a mejor precios. El desayuno deja mucho que desear así como la atención del personal. Es como un hotel de dos estrellas en el que pagas por un cuatro estrellas superior. No recomiendo este hotel. Hay que pagar por todo y en la piscina es necesario el uso de gorro!!!

Rewelacyjny miły I bardzo pomocny personel, piękny widok z okna, rewelacyjna lokalizacja, spokojna okolica

Cet hotel est très bien placé, pas loin de Palerme, de l'Aéroport et d'une région agréable.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung, schönes Zimmer, ruhige Lage. Relativ gut per Bus zu erreichen, Privatstrand. Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter.

Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen nur sehr wenig bzw. gar kein Englisc, was zu einigen Missverständinssen führt. Dies ist aber auf dem Rest der Insel leider auch nicht anders. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist sehr zugemüllt und wird von streunenden verwahrlosten Hunden und Katzen belagert die die Touristen belästigen.
