The staff was really really kind and patient and helpful, maybe the best I've met during my journey in Europe. The room was quite big and clean and cozy, wifi was also good.
We are so glad we found such a place like Sleeping beauty in Booing.com. The staff was so kind and helpfull! We have everything we need in the room and in the common kitchen. Thank you!
Location was very convenient to the city only a five minute walk to the metro. The staff were lovely and very helpful on arriving with information on places to eat etc. They also emailed prior to arrival with info how to reach them from the airport and cost. Very secure building, felt safe in the area. Room was very comfortable. Toilets clean. Kitchen with all the necessities. We were told not to clean up after ourselves that we were on holiday!!
Well located, near to a subway station. The street is a bit dark at night but not dangerous. The room was big but a little old. The receptionist was very kind, but he doesn´t stay there all day.
The location is great. You can reach everything thanks to the near subway station St. Giovanni. Also the bus stop is directly to many sights. The staff is extremely kind and you have many good restaurants near to you. It is far away from turist invasion! We enjoyed a lot.
-Location (not in the very center center but it is in the heart of St Giovanni and close to oublic transportation) -Staff (Very helpful and cheerful) -Room
- Annoying sound coming from trolley or underground -Mosquitos -No sleepers in the room
location and facilities
The staff was excellent to help us in detail on everything we needed. Basic facilities were provided, room was good with excellent wi-fi connection.
A bit closed from inside & smelling being an old building, shared bathroom, no breakfast facility.
Location is fine, close to the Metro Station. Very helpful staff.
No baggage left service, it increases the cost. Bad sleep quality, tram makes a lot noise to the room.
Great staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. You also have access to a kitchen if you wish to make your own meals. Good value for money. We also took the option of a private external bathroom but you could have a shared bathroom if you wish to cut costs. Good access to some nice local restaurants.
A little bit on the noisy side being on a main road but hey....this is Rome.
The greeting by Lucca, was exceptional, a wonderful, warm greeting, with so much useful information about transport, restaurants and places to visit that you perhaps wouldn't include in your itinerary of Rome, like Trastevere, just over the river, a quaint area, full of small streets, entertainers and lovely restaurants. Well worth the visit. The accommodation was spacious, very clean with the addition of a lovely kitchen, you couldn't ask for more. About twenty minute walk to Colesseum, very centrally located, easy access to all sites, by bus, tram or underground. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it without reservation. Well done Sleeping Beauty.
The stuff. He is very helpful and caring. He suggested a lot of good restaurants to us. He also helped to solve our problem of contacting the next hotel and communicating with them due to our late check-in after we had checked out sleeping beauty. He also sent us e-mails after we left. Wonderful stuff! Room is nice and there is a little shared kitchen.
The TV is a bit small to watch from the bed.
Tne people were really nice and they gave us advice for our trip
Was a bit far from rhe city centre
We were traveling as a group of 3 girls and upon arrival we were given a thorough list of things to do and expect including locations and directions. The location is walking distance to the colosseum and it is only a very short 5 minute walk to the metro.
It was very noisy because our window opened to a busy street. We couldn't seem to figure out how to work the air conditioning. Very small shower.
Very clean room, helpful staff
The staff. The cleanliness and the location. It was comfortable and really what you need for a couple of days vacation...
Can't think of anything :)
How friendly and helpful the staff are, especially on arrival. Paulo spoke very good English which was a relief. Also it was very close to the colusseum and San Giovanni metro and a lot of good restaurants.
THE AIR CONDITIONING AND NEIGHBOURING DOG. Neither of us slept once for the entire 5 nights. The air conditioning was a ceiling fan which, unless you set it too low to cool anything, sounded rather like a low flying helicopter. It kind of ruined our stay in Rome because it made us too tired and ill to actually do anything. Which is a shame because everything else was so good.
The location, safe neighborhood and building, great staff, the rooms are beautiful!
Great staff. Fab location. Huge room and comfortable bed!
Convenient location, kindly staff, good price
Friendly Staff - They were very helpful and had good recommendations (eat, drink and ice cream in Lateran). The accomodation was comfortable and 10-15min walking from the Collosseum and 5min walking to the next metro station. The area was not so touristic so that the food had good prices.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. Very clean and comfortable.
extremely helpful staff, gave us all the information about the sites, routes, restaurants, etc. Good location, very close to the metro.
The staff was extremely helpful with information about the area and gave great recommendations for cab companies, restaurants, and things to do. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. We liked that they included a safe as well.
