Location - walking distance to all majir attractions Refurbished rooms smart and good shower Good food chices for breakfast
Not all rooms have been refurbished yet. Breakfast room a bit cramped and busy
The location could not be beat. It was within walking distance of the Pantheon and the Roman Forum/Colosseum. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would call a taxi for you and it would arrive in 2-3 minutes. WiFi was good - you could stream video without interruption.
The bed was quite uncomfortable and the shower stall was so small that I couldn't even close the door on it to shower.
Good wifi. Rooms were clean. Location was good.
Walls were thin and we heard everything from hallway and outdoors. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful.
Friendly staff, great location near Piazzas, shops etc. room & shower were terrific. Would recommend this hotel.
Fantastic location and staff.
Short walk to piazza navona, campo di fiori, and patheon. Easy access to buses and food. Downstairs is a good bakery by rosceoli. Free breakfast daily.
Really tiny showers. Wish they removed the bidet and made a bigger shower instead.
non-smiling reception staff, aircon too warm (although set to 10 degrees) & cuts-off to often!
Good central location for all major sites. Lovely large bathroom and very comfortable and large bed. Close location to plaza with plenty of eating and drinkingfacilities with street entertainment.
Roof garden had no garden! Very sparse with no sunshades and no bar facility's. No drinks facility in the room or from the bar downstairs. Had to go to get a hot drink from the bar across the street. Some staf less helpful than they should have been.
Superbly helpful staff, comfortable room, excellent location, good breakfast
Location is excellent, helpful staff, free wifi, nice terraces.
No bar. No mini fridge or coffee making facilities in room.
Location was superb.Clean and comfortable.friendly helpful staff.good breakfast
The shower was too small but would not put me off staying again
Walking distance to tourist attractions and kind staffs
Shower booth might be small for the big guys but that was fine with me
Location was very central. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating.
The terrace Drinking own wine and eating own food on terrace Bar opposite
Great location, lots of good resturants nearby in Campo de Fiori. Good value for a hotel in such a touristy location. Great air conditioning, breakfast was very good, really liked their showers.
Only 1 device allowed on wifi at a time, rooms were small.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Anything and everything is literally walking distance. And clean and helpful staff.
It is overpriced compared to nearby hotels of the same caliber. Our room was really small, and breakfast was seriously poor.... no fruits, and really bad coffee (in Rome, that makes very little sense). So had breakfast at the bar across the street.
Location, excellent. Staff friendly. Room beautiful. Breakfast adequate.
Nothing to dislike.
Not too much...breakfast was decent
Staff. Customer service. Rooms. Lobby cleanliness.
Lack of diversity for the breakfast
The location was great, a lot of small cute streets with nice bars and restaurants, we walked everywhere and didnt even buy a bus ticket (if you're willing to walk 20-30 minutes) The breakfast is nice, the place is clean
There are 2 facilities - one of them is 3 stars and the other is 2 stars, so notice what you're booking! We stayed in the 2 stars. The room was ok but the shower was horrible, very uncomfortable and verz hard to control the water temperature. The elevator was really scary to ride in and after a few laud noises and bumps we stopped using it. It was also very loud (inside the hotel, not from the street) and we could hear everything from the room above us
We liked the fact that the hotel is close to almost all major sights in Rome and that it is situated on a quiet street
We were accomodated in a second building which used to be a 2 -star hotel. The room was very small, the shower cabin was small and not very clean.
the location, the wifi, the staff
the shower was too small and sometimes it smelled of sweage in the bathroom
We really enjoyed our stay here, hotel is in walking distance of Vatican City, colosseum, trevi fountain. A guy called Massimo in reception is extremely helpful and friendly. We had one of our suitcases go missing and he rang up daily to help get it back from the airport for us!
