Helpful desk staff
The location was perfect .There is a really nice cafe opposite for lunch and coffee. Room and bathroom (shower) was small and basic but we were hardly there. it is possible to walk to all the highlights incl the Vatican. A quiet street at night and comfortable bed. The room was warm and smelt fresh. A great find and good value for money.
The great position. In the centre of Rome.
The dirty bathroom, the very small room and the sometimes lazy service.
Location was excellent. Within walking distance of all the major attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent size, clean on arrival and cleaned thoroughly each day with fresh towels provided. Overall a pleasant stay.... You get what you pay for!
Wifi was very poor, breakfast was standard continental but not very fresh - do not include this in your booking, there are a lot of bakeries around that serve fresh pastries and decent coffee, walls in the room were very thin, could hear everything in adjacent rooms, shower water was either too hot or too cold.
Stayed before, returning because of very good location and value for money. All we ask of a city centre place to stay. Our airline had mislaid our luggage; hotel reception staff were very supportive and helpful. Thank you to them.
Location is perfect, really close to Trastevere. Clean and safe.
Wifi is not sth like connect and done.
The Location was fantastic! The Staff was extremely helpful and provided key details for transportation that made our visit much more enjoyable. The Rooftop terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy a bottle of wine.
The breakfast was below average for what I would expect of a hotel. Coffee was cold, fruit was a couple of days over it's ideal time and the ham / bread were of lower quality. Wifi was slow.. It worked for what I needed.. but not much more than checking email and news updates.
location, great restaurant( across the road- Moderna)
Perfect location, close to many major attractions like the Pantheon, Vatican, Ghetto, Campo di Fiori, Piazza Novona
the stuff were very friendly and helpful.i would love to stay at the hotel again
The location is perfect, they serve a good breakfast, restaurants are nearby
location, staff was friendly and helpful
the mattress in room 313 will dig a hole in your back as its springs work their way into your flesh
customer service was great, breakfast was good, beds were great to sleep in, great location, easy location to where we wanted to go.
Most aspects and especially the location
Very smaLL SHOWER AND LIFTS
Location!!!! Serviceminded crew!
Cleaning of the room
-The room was a lot smaller than they look like on the pics and it is even worst for the bathroom. -We were in the dependance accross the street, there was no front desk and nobody checking who is going in and out. -concerning the staff, we talked with 2 differents person, one was nice and helpful and the other not at all
Middle in the center
Excellent location and free breakfast and wifi.
Beds were so uncomfortably hard.
Great location, pretty centrally located Good price for location/quality Friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast Walking distance to restaurants and all the sites
Room was a bit warm at night so slept with the window open, a bit of noise on the road below, but wasn't too bad. Small shower.
Great location, amazing pizza/bakery right across the street, near all city landmarks, safe area, really clean and warm room, recently renovated
No wifi signal in the room
the location is excelent
When I ordered the room I asked as a special request an electric kattle in my room. The hotel answered ok but there wasn't. After 3 days they agreed to give us a thermus whith warm water in the evening. In the describtion of the facilities is writen that they have in the lobby a hot drinks machine but they have't.
Breakfast was good Nice room Best location Great staff
Everything was so close that we didn't need to waste money on the Rome pass but it was still helpfull
This hotel in the heart of Rome is just lovely. The staff are great - the front desk gave us a corkscrew, and the next day when they saw we were wine drinkers, extra glasses were left in the room. The roof top deck was lovely, nice oasis in a bustling city.
The smallest shower I've ever been in. I've seen larger phone booths!
The location is great, not only within walking distance to all the historical attractions, but there were cafes and bars very close. While my wife fixed here hair and make up, I was able to sit at a coffee bar a next door and relax without being in her way. Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona were also easily within walking distance. Great value!!!
The shower was miniscule, really miniscule, and the water ran hot and cold while in the shower. The WiFi was spotty at best.
