Really helpful staff

The location is the best part of this hotel experience. Walking distance from the rail/bus station. You are in the dead centre of the the plush shopping district with a great selection of resturants. The room can get a little noisy in the morning because you are on the main road,but its usualy refuse collectors and early morning lorries. If the double glazed windows are closed then its a mear muffle. Make sure you speak to the hotel saff regarding good places to eat as you can tend to walk about for ages. The hotel breakfast (€3) is enough to get you started with their coffees being the best I have tasted.

The only thing which was annoying was the free internet signal was very very weak in the rooms and would only work in the breakfast room and lobby.

It's conveniently located, close to the Genova central train station and to the historic centre (20 min walk). It's basic but clean and the bathroom was modern. I chose it for location and budget. I would not spend more than a couple of nights there but it was very good for the purpose (stay for one night and then go to Cinque Terre). We chose not to have the breakfast here (at extra price) as we found a beautiful patisserie with delicious things and great cafe nearby.

Although I had the instructions on how to get there I still had to call the hotel as the house numbering on the street is confusing - houses and shops have numbering in different colours and do not coincide at all. I wish it was better explained on their website or in the boking confirmation.

Great staff. EUR 3,00 breakfast good & recommended. Quiet place. Very clean. Nice baroque building. Central location.

Hotel bien situé , proche du centre historique, pour un prix abordable pour l'Italie. Parking proposé par l'hotel pour 12 euros les 24h. Petit dejeuner pour 3 euros, meme modeste, permet de ne pas sortir le ventre vide. Personnel tres serviable , fournissant de bons conseils touristiques. bien isolé du bruit, climatisé.

Wi-Fi un peu faible, difficile de se connecter de la chambre avec un mobile.

очень приветливая итальянка на ресепшене - не только объяснила, где есть супермаркеты, но потом еще и поинтересовалась, как мы туда сходили))) разрешили (предложили) оставить багаж после выписки из номера на ресепшене и забрать в удобное для нас время

не совсем удачное расположение - находится на одной из главных улиц города и окна выходят на перекресток, поэтому довольно шумно... далековато до основных достопримечательностей, зато подойдет для шопинга. предложили за 3 евро завтрак из кофе и круасана (в стоимость номера не входил) - мы естественно отказались

L'hotel era molto pulito, il personale cortese e disponibile, l'ambiente caldo e accogliente.

La camera, che dava su via xx settembre era un po' rumorosa

Fatevi dare le camere che non danno sulla via xx settembre...rumorosissima!...

Posizione strategica, camere confortevoli, personale presente e molto cordiale, WiFi gratuito, frigo bar in camera. Convenzionato con posteggio privato con tariffa di 12 Euro al giorno. Per quanto possa sembrare un prezzo elevato vi assicuro che posteggiare a Genova non è assolutamente semplice e soprattutto economico. Basti pensare che la tariffa oraria per I posteggi bordo strada costa 2,5 Euro l'ora dalle 8:00 alle 20:00 e trovarne uno disponibile è come fare un terno al lotto.
