Great room, comfy bed, excellent location, fantastic views from roof terrace, good staff. Service could be a bit slow, but that's Italy for you. |

The room was extremely comfortable. The hotel staff people were very helpful with any needs we might have. The computers in the office room were very slow. |

Servie is good,people are friendly. the tehnical equipment of the hotel is a little bit old wilt some defects like the bath ,shouwer ect .leeking water ect ect.Airco is old and worked not so good anymore.This for an hotel with this reputation is not good.,especialy when you compare this hotel with other sofitels around the world |

I liked the location and price compared to similar hotels in the area. It was very convenient and the staff was very helpful with recommendations and other assistance. I had trouble making their WiFi work with my iTouch and was unable to solve the problem during our stay, even with their help. |

We liked everything: hospitable and professional staff, fine design, comfortable rooms, fantastic terrace on the roof with nice small portions of meal and deserts, diverse and tasty breakfast, good location near Villa Borgese and at walikng distance from Piazza Spagna and main shoping areas etc. No wi-fi access - only wired Internet, small speed of connection, too high rates (15 Euro per 24h). |

The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean Seemed overpriced just for the nice room. There were not a lot of other amenities there and the room was a bit small for the price. |

Great location. Great rooms. Amazing staff that helped set up tours and recommended sites to see and places to eat. Delicious breakfast. The Sofitel helped make an amazing and romantic weekend in Rome. We will stay there again on our next trip to Rome. Our second stay in a Sofitel Hotel world wide and they never dissappoint. |

could not fault it for comfort convenience good staff and cleanliness too pricy in the bar and mini bar. also pay tv overpriced 15 euro to watch an ordinary movie judge for yourself. we did not use it. |

The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. At first we were put in a regular room, even though we paid for a superior room. However, the situation was quickly resolved and we got a wonderful room. |

the staff was very nice and polite. the location was great. we booked a superior room with queen size bed and sofa, but when we arrived at the place, the room had no sofa and no queen size bed. |

サービススタッフはとても丁寧で洗練された感じでした。観光して部屋に戻ると私たちのハネムーンのお祝いの- シャンパンがとメッセージが置いてあって感激しました。ポーターさんはフレンドリーで感じがよかったです。- 屋上のBarからの眺めも良かったです。 |

Sumando a lo descripto anteriormente, la increible terraza del septimo piso con vista a roma y la villa borghese. La simpatía , alegría , energía del personal asi como la presicion en definir lo que necesitabamos saber. la falta de piscina aunque lo sabiamos antes de reservar. |

Место неплохое , веранды наверху с видом . Цены правда на этой веранде не Римские . Но в целом слишком напыщенное обслуживание , не соответствует уровню , завтрак бедноват ( за 25 евро вполне и поужинать можно) . Обслуга тупит не по детски , с инетом проблема. Зато номера неплохи и для 5*. |

Hôtel à recommander. Nous avons dans la suite avec terrasse (rapport qualité/ prix excellent), la vue sur Rome et les jardins de la villa Borghese juste epoustouflante. Personnel très agréable et disponible. N'hésitez pas à dîner au restaurant du dernier étage avec vue panoramique, la cuisine est rafinée et le personnel présent et attentionné. |

Dogodne położenie , blisko wszystkiego a lekko z boku i w ciszy. Pokoje luksusowo urządzone z dbałąścią o szczegóły łóżko MyBed to największy wypas w klasie 5stars - pokój Luxury jak na Rzym ogromny. Parking mimo, że hotel podaje brak - nie stanowi problemu dużo miejsc przed hotelem jak również w odległości 100m parking miejski. Obsługa b.miła anglojęzyczna bez wyjątku Ceny w restauracji nie zachęcają |
