Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese  

Hotel was clean and tidy as well as the rooms. Hotel staff where very friendly

The price of drinks in the hotel where ridiculous. How they can charge 63 euros for 3beers and 2vodkas+orange is unbelievable. This will definitely deter us from staying there again

Loved the hotel and it's staff.breakfast on the terrace was amazing with the full view of Rome in front of us. The rooms with their high ceilings and bathrooms were top. Location was the best and all attractions within an easy walking distance. Nothing negative to say about the hotel at all.

Excellant staff taking care of everything. Very very pleasent stay. My wife forgot the wallet in the safe and the hotel management and staf were so kind to do everithing needed in order to bring it to us. My strong recomendation.

The hotel is well designed- when you enter the lobby- there is nice music, pleasant sents, the furniture in the rooms is new and of good quality ( as oppose to many other hotels in the same area), the room is relatively spacious, the bath cosmetics is really good (Hermes)

The water from the shower was leaking on the flower, so one had to pay attention when steppgng out of the bath

The hotel was lovely -- especially the roof top patio. The view was fantastic, and better than the Hotel Eden's! The rooms were quite nice -- spacious, clean, comfortable. Common areas lovely. And the location could not be better!

The staff was extremely helpful when our luggage was lost and detained. They had to make several phonecalls to retrieve the luggage, and since I do not speak Italian it would have been so difficult for us to resolve. We had a minor problem with our room which was immediately remedied.

The beds were very comfortable. Bath amenities were excellent. The decor of the room was great. I booked a classic room but they upgraded me to luxury room, because they didn't have any classic rooms left. So the room I got was great, but the room I was suppose to get was very small and I would've been very disappointed, if I had to stay in the classic room with the rate I was charged.

The room I ocupaied (the Medice Suit) is Very good and the hotel location is perfect.

Their Shower located in the bath of our delux Room was dangerous and unworkable. It did not even have a Bar to hold onto in case of need. They say they are due for renovations. If they change the shower we will go back. If not we will not

Un établissement dans le haut de gamme des hôtels Sofitel, dont nous sommes adeptes car il sont gages d'un excellent niveau de confort, de service, d'accueil, souvent très bien situés, pour un rapport qualité- prix en général bien placé. Le Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese n'y a pas dérogé, bien au contraire. Il est extrêmement bien situé, et l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel sont été exemplaires. Le buffet du petit- déjeuner, bien qu'un peu cher, est superbe, et le bar terrasse dominant la ville un vrai régal pour admirer le coucher de soleil sur St Pierre. à coup sûr, nous reviendrons au Sofitel pour notre prochain séjour à Rome.
