Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese  

The staff were excellent and extremly helpful with regard to directions, tourist information and arranging taxis etc. The room was very comfortable and there were a number of restaurnants to dine in. The roof top bar was lovely. We were on honeymoon and received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco - much appreciated!

The hotel was slightly further out of the city centre than I thought. Drinks etc were quite expensive in the hotel, however this was to be expected.

We loved our stay at the Sofitel, everything was excellent.

The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We particularly liked Frederico's cocktails in the rooftop terrace.

Beautifully furnished, great staff, excellent dining with great views of Roma

I can't speak for all rooms, but our had a lovely outlook over a narrow street and gardens, and it was quiet. The rooms were beautifully furnished, spacious and the beds very comfortable. We also enjoyed the terrace which had a panoramic view of Rome. The location was great - an easy walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi and Galleria Borghese, and just around the corned from Via Veneto.

It's a pity some rooms don't have a walk-in shower instead of bathtub. I travelled with my elderly mother-in-law, and although she enjoyed her stay, being able to step into the shower instead of struggling in and out of the bathtub, would have made it perfect.

The room was very nice, as well the room service.

The breakfast was too expensive, and the coffee was bad.

Hotel staff were very helpful and cheerful. Hotel location was very good.

Small rooms. It was difficult to place two big suitcases in the room.

Excellant staff taking care of everything. Very very pleasent stay. My wife forgot the wallet in the safe and the hotel management and staf were so kind to do everithing needed in order to bring it to us. My strong recomendation.

The hotel is well designed- when you enter the lobby- there is nice music, pleasant sents, the furniture in the rooms is new and of good quality ( as oppose to many other hotels in the same area), the room is relatively spacious, the bath cosmetics is really good (Hermes)

The water from the shower was leaking on the flower, so one had to pay attention when steppgng out of the bath

Location was great,,, staff was friendly,,, The upper restaurant has nice view of the city but avoid getting Dinner their over prices for sure.

Upper restaurant staff were Rude ,,, I do speak Italian and French and I did not like their Attitude at all,,, I have tried lots of restaurant all over the world and this was not special in terms of dealing with guests.

The beds were very comfortable. Bath amenities were excellent. The decor of the room was great. I booked a classic room but they upgraded me to luxury room, because they didn't have any classic rooms left. So the room I got was great, but the room I was suppose to get was very small and I would've been very disappointed, if I had to stay in the classic room with the rate I was charged.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Their Shower located in the bath of our delux Room was dangerous and unworkable. It did not even have a Bar to hold onto in case of need. They say they are due for renovations. If they change the shower we will go back. If not we will not

Otel, merkeze yakın gibi gözüküyor ama yinede ispanyol merdivenlerinden yukarı çıkmak ve otele varmak uzun bir yürüyüş yolu. Odalar çok küçük ama kaliteli.
