Very unfriendly reception staff
the bed is wonderful, the AC ane the internet are perfect. the rooms can be on the small side, but if you speak up you can change to a better room.
Very nice! The view from the terrace-restaurant exeptional
30 euros for brekfast is a little high if your not extreamly hungry!
It was our honeymoon an the hotel went out of their way to make it really special....
Loved the location, the staff was unfailingly helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was not part of our package and was both expensive and average- staff was great but the coffee was not
The staff were excellent -particularly pleasant, helpful and professional. Among other things about this hotel, we liked the beautiful food in the top floor restaurant. The location is excellent. Bathrooms of reasonable size.
Only the coffee in the morning was from a standard machine probably supplied to many chain hotels and therefore not good. However, not a problem in Rome!
A beautiful hotel in a great location in Villa Borghese, only a 5 minute walk to the Spanish steps. Very helpful staff, very nice rooms with a very comfortable bed :) overall, a fantastic hotel to stay in the beautiful city of Rome.
Not worth the price
all good, thank you

Dinner at the roof top terrace and the buffet breakfast. Staffs are friendly.
We spent eight days at the Sofitel Villa Borghese in late June and had a lovely experience, from the wonderful location and comfortable room to the welcoming delicious macarons. But for us, the high mark of our experience remains the exceptional service we received, the best example of which occurred on the day of our departure. After leaving the hotel we forgot a piece of luggage containing important documents and valuables in the taxi that drove us to the train station. We were very distressed, particularly as we did not have a direct contact number for the taxi. We called the hotel and a gentleman at the reception desk provided us with generous assistance above and beyond the call of duty: he managed to track the taxi driver and liaise with him on our behalf, facilitating the recovery of our bag. We are extremely grateful for this extraordinary service provided at a very difficult moment for us, even when we were technically no longer guests of the hotel. This response single-handedly firmly places the service at the Sofitel in the highest league a hotel can aspire to.
Absolutely the best service I ever seen in the hotel. Staff is very well trained and they are really committed to the best . Beautiful patio with amassing views of Rom . Very comfortable bed and fine lines. Rooms ever looking Borghese park are the best in the hotel . Breakfast is 25 euros but the best I ever had in the hotels .
This time we had a very spacious room , but overlooking a court yard with no view many huge Air conditioners. Is was not as noise as we had in Nice , but we had sleep with closed windows . I would advise the hotel to plant same trees and flowers to improve this picture .
The free wifi never worked so you had to pay for wifi to work. This was poor since you are paying that much for the room. Bad advertising ... Wifi included in rate!!
- The Staff were Super helpfule, very gentle and kind. - The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable> - The conceirge staff were really helpful, they did their best to guide us about the best destenations in the city. - It would defenitly be my first choice for my next visit.
- quiet location but close to the attractions - quick check-in - the vespa tours - the Literary Escape Vol 1 in the room
- keep on calling me the wrong name after noticing the front desk - my card key has to be reset every other day

Great staff, location
Limited free wifi
excellent breakfast, excellent rooftop restaurant &bar.Staff could not have been more obliging.
Room although very adequate was a bit poky and not a very efficient floor plan and a view to a rooftop.
Rooms small and very old
We had a great time at the bar upstairs. They make their own cocktails, followed by a lovely dinner overlooking Vatican City at sunset. Doesn't get much better! Great staff all very friendly & helpful .
Bathroom could be more modern Television channels limited
Nice view at Roma from the room (we had luxe located just under the terrace) and from the terrace restaurant. Comfortable room and room facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
We warned the hotel in advance that we would come at 13:00 and so we did. We were asked to wait "a few minutes" as the room was not ready. We waited but not "a few minutes" but rather 1.5 hour! Had the staff told us in the first place the real waiting time, we would rather spend this 1.5 hours in the city and not waiting in the hotel. We came just for 2 days and every hour was valuable! Another issue was at the lunch at the hotel restaurant. We found little green bugs (who were moving) in Ceasar salad. The Chief came to say sorry and that all vegetables are washed well and any bugs in the salad must be dead. But yet we believe in what we saw. In any case even dead bugs are not appropriate in a salad.
