スタッフがとても親切、部屋も綺麗だし、アメニティがエルメスだった。 歩いて数分の場所にスーパーもあり、スペイン階段、トレビの泉も近く、とても便利。 無料の飲料水が1日、1人1本欲しかった。 |

The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean Seemed overpriced just for the nice room. There were not a lot of other amenities there and the room was a bit small for the price. |

Great location. Great rooms. Amazing staff that helped set up tours and recommended sites to see and places to eat. Delicious breakfast. The Sofitel helped make an amazing and romantic weekend in Rome. We will stay there again on our next trip to Rome. Our second stay in a Sofitel Hotel world wide and they never dissappoint. |

could not fault it for comfort convenience good staff and cleanliness too pricy in the bar and mini bar. also pay tv overpriced 15 euro to watch an ordinary movie judge for yourself. we did not use it. |

The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. At first we were put in a regular room, even though we paid for a superior room. However, the situation was quickly resolved and we got a wonderful room. |

the staff was very nice and polite. the location was great. we booked a superior room with queen size bed and sofa, but when we arrived at the place, the room had no sofa and no queen size bed. |

L'excellent accueil de tout le personnel qui est compétent et très aimable. L'hôtel, dont les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais vraiment confortables, est situé à deux minutes du magnifique parc de la Villa Borghese et du centre historique. A recommander sans réserves. |

A hospitalidade dos funcionarios,a beleza do hall e a limpeza Eles ficaram atrapalhados com o a inclusão do cafe da manhã para a segunda pessoa.Acabaram me cobrando mais 25.00 euros por pessoa e eu preferi seguir em frente porque estava muito cansado para procurar outro hotel.Isso foi desagradavel. |
