Sauna, banho turco e utilização da piscina interior são pagos, o que se estranha num hotel de 5 estrelas.

Services and overall everything was very good.

The size of the hotel since I personnaly prefer small, design hotels.Mention should be made of the proximity of the pond, due to which there are mosquitos so that people can bring with them the required antimosquito stuff.

Beautiful beach, excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff.

If your room faces the see/pool the noise from the evening entertainment is almost unbearable!

The food and services correspond to a 5 star hotel, but maybe the rooms correspond to a 4 star hotel. Don't get me wrong, it was very nice, but it does not correspond to a 5 star hotel.

Great location and facilities, amazing beach

Staff mostly french / italian, and few speak english.

We traveled with our 14 month old and the staff were wonderfully accomodating and friendly, very refreshing from previous experiences in other hotels/restaurants in Spain. Despite the rainy weather, we had a relaxing 3 day getaway. The beach and pool were beautiful. Food was very good and varied. A mini zoo and a variety of birds on the property kept the baby entertained. Great set-up.

The beach is perfect! Perfect for families with kids and young adults. Lovely location. Lots to do! The food is great! Staff is very welcoming!

The classic rooms are all with the tile floor! We would prefer carpet! I think that the towels in the room were not all changed every day, as the bed sheets.

очень понравился пляж, территория отеля, отзывчивый персонал и очень разнообразная кухня!!!

в номере протекала душевая кабинка, остальное все понравилось. никогда не пользуйтесь прокатом машин от букинггрупп (bookinggroup.com) деньги сняли , а машину не предоставили!!!

отель комфортный, номера чистые и удобные. очень красивая природа вокруг, прекрасный пляж, чистейшее море. кухня не изысканная, но разнообразная. персонал приветливый.

неприятно поразило то, что от резервации отеля вы не можете отказаться. остальные минусы не столь существенны, но есть. первый раз вижу, чтобы вокруг басейна, наряду с бесплатными, стояли платные лежаки. 50 евро в день за лежак -это дорого. спортивных развлечения для детей очень мало. спа хорошо оборудован, но не очень квалифицированный персонал.

Service zu den Mahlzeiten gut und schnell. Die Auswahl der Speisen und Getränke war sehr gut. Der Essbereich draußen um den Pool herum ist sehr schön im Gegensatz zu drinnen. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut am Ende des Strandes von Villasimius. Der Strand ziemlich flach und traumhaft schön. Ein Grossteil der Liegen ist gratis benutzbar. Die Preise, Service und die Qualität im a La Carte Strandtestaurand sehr gut. Das Strandewstaurant hat uns erheblich besser gefallen als das Hauptrestaurant. Kayak, Segeln und Surfen kostenpflichtig und ohne Versicherung. Falls mal ein Sgel reißt, viel Spaß.

Der Hauptbereich für Frühstück und Abendessen könnte freundlicher gestaltet sein. Sichtbarer Rost an der Vitrine für Müsli-Obst. Personal in Einzelfällen nicht unbedingt zuvorkommend. Fühlt sich durch die Betriebsamkeit ezwas an wie in einer sehr guten großen Betriebskantine. Abend-Büffet mit 50,- pro Person ohne Getränke etwas teuer. Aber dafür eine gute Auswahl. Der Zimmerservice hat in Einzelfällen sichtbar missmutig reagiert, als man (wie unerwartet) noch im Zimmer war. Wenn man vergaß das "bitte nicht stören" Schild an die Tür zu hängen, war das ein fataler Fehler. Das Zimmer wurde dann innerhalb von 1 Sekunde geentert. Die letzte Straße zum Hotel ist ein Sandweg von 500m. Dafür kann das Hotel wahrscheinlich nichts, aber mit einem Rolls Royce würde ich dort nicht vorfahren... Die ersten zwei Reihen der Liegen am Strand sind wohl kostenpflichtig. Dies war scheinbar im September nicht der Fall. Das Strandestaurant war an einem Abend am Wochenende komplett für eine Firma reserviert. Eine Alternative wurde nicht angeboten. Große Auswahl an Freizeit und Wellness- Angeboten. Die meisten davon kostenpflichtig.

La natura del posto

Pessimo. Staff reception sgarbato. Pulizia carente. Stanze invase da insetti e maleodoranti per la presenza di umidità. Prezzi elevatissimi (50 euro al giorno l'ombrellone in spiaggia, prezzo caffè con ricarico del 600%!, fanno pagare anche le informazioni telefoniche richieste dalla stanza alla reception). Il negozio all'interno mi ha rilasciato scontrino fiscale solo dopo reclamo. Ho visto topi nel giardino antistante le cucine. Il mare è lontano c'è da camminare molto all'interno dell'hotel. Cibo di qualità scarsa. Le stanze vista giardino sono in un edificio che sembra una caserma.

Rien hormis la situation

Très cher par rapport aux prestations. Trop gros complexe immobilier sans charme : une usine à touristes en formule club. Dispositions choquantes comme de faire payer les deux premières lignes de parasol sur la plage alors que nous avions une chambre supérieure "vue mer" (qui n'était d'ailleurs que très partielle...) Choquant encore de s'entendre dire que la demi-pension que nous avions payée nous donnait droit qu'à 25 € d'avoir si nous choisissions le restaurant sur la plage plutôt que le self... En clair des prestations dignes d'un ensemble de tourisme social à des prix haut de gamme. Le buffet était fourni et varié mais de qualité bas de gamme, style "supermarché" concernant les produits locaux (charcuterie, fromages) Les bouteilles d'eau "de courtoisie" n'ont pas été renouvelées pendant le séjour. Si nous avions eu la possibilité d'un remboursement et d'une annulation le premier jour, nous aurions quitté immédiatement cet hôtel lui préférant largement les autre hôtels (dont certains moins prestigieux) fréquenté durant notre séjour. A plus de 500 € la nuit en demi pension pour deux personnes, nous sommes endroit d'attendre d'autres prestations que nous avons obtenues dans des hôtels moins chers. Hôtel décevant, réputation usurpée, à éviter.
