The room was of superior quality and it was worth paying extra for the canal view. It was our honeymoon and the hotel added special touches which made it all the more enjoyable. It was also in a very good location for the train station and port. |

just one night before a cruise it was my friends birthday they sent up a bottle of free wine[ lovely surprise ] left a pair of troucers in room went back after cruise they had found them giving them back folded in a bag would recommend to every one nothing at all it was lovely |

Very good location. Near garage facilities The hotel did not want to accept traveller checks and asked us to sign a guarantee with credit cards in case they have a problem with my American Express Euro TC. ABSURD. We were very upset. Don't remember if this info was at site |

Gostei da apresentação da entrada, do quarto.Penso quefalta umasala de estar mais reservada pois só existe uma na entrada e um bar. A reposição na casa de banho de produtos de higiene é parcial e a casa de banho precisava de uns pequenos arranjos pois a presença de ferugem junto á janela não é agradavel |

wij kregen een kamer met een dak terras van 30 vierkante meter wat een geweldig uitzicht gaf over venetie en internet op tv en de cruise haven op 500 m afstand. en een leuke bar , onderhoud een beetje achter stallig. maar zeker een aanrader. |

Прекрасный отель, очень удобно расположенный. Недалеко от парковки на Пьяцолле Рома. Вежливый персонал, близость кафе и достопримечательностьей. Из окна номера на 5-м этаже прекрасный вид на город. Все понравилось, с удовольствием приедем еще. |

很乡村很威尼斯的感觉，房间温馨，CHECK IN 时的前台非常好，是位中年男子，为我们耐心地作引导。酒店经理还特地准备了卡片和好吃的威尼斯饼干给我们作- 为礼物，十分感谢。另外晚上还有个大惊喜，送来一瓶香槟和开胃小食，实在太周到，太惬意了。补充一句，床很- 舒服，床具很考究。五楼有露台可俯瞰运河。 房间和卫生间比较狭小。外面的露台私密性不是很强。另外没有茶水及咖啡供应，只有免费的2瓶矿泉水。早餐不- 是很好，品种少。最受不了的是第二天CHECK OUT时的女服务生特别不友善，很不耐烦，很势力，不喜欢。 |

le lieu que je connais bien. Le nouveau jeune personnel pas du tout dans le coup en reception, mais la vieille garde veille! Les salles de bains sans chauffage et aux fenetres delabrées. |
