It was very close to the Terministation
The room was smelling horrible, we asked for a change and they did not accept something like this. After a lot of arguing with the very rude staff the moved us to another room. while we were walking behind the receptionist in order to go to the new room she kept cursing us in Italian in order not to understand. WiFi was not working. The receptionist was always somewhere else and we had to wait up to 10 minutes for someone to appear. Finally the breakfast is in another building and you can eat only one thing(e.x. 1 croissant).
The staff were helpful. Help me better accommodate my elder parents. gave us some time extra for departure, book us the transfer to airport. Location is great just a couple of minutes from termini.
Toilet was not clean when i arrived. Internet should not be paid.
the breakfast was one peace of croissant and 1 cup of coffee or 1cup of juice outside the hotel in a coffee shop . there was no electricity socket to recharge my mobile. air condition is not cooling . no curtains for the shower .
helpful and nice staff. room was okay for the price.
there are quite alot of noise outside the room. toilet was so small
it was the worst hotel which had to visit ever.
Nothing. the only advantage of this horrible hotel is that it is very near of Termini train station.
Many things I didn´t like. First of all, the personal didn´t want us to pay with credit card. She said that the internet didnt work at that momento, so we should pay cash. As we insist with the credit card, she said she could try, and the internet "casually" worked. Then we had a very sad smelt in the bathroom every time. Ther was no phone in the romos, and no glasses. The breakfast was very poor, at a bar arround the hotel. There was nobody at the reception. I mean, the same person that was the recepcionist, also was the maid, and she gives you the key, and she did everything. At the end of her time, nobody was in charge of the hotel. we had to pay 2 euro per person per day, as municipal taxes. Nobody told us about that. I think that Booking shoul never work with this hotel.
Nothing, was a horrible experiencie.i don t know booking has this hotel in the offer, i take photos about the hostel, it isn t a hotel its a hostel
Its isnt telephone in the room.the breakfast is arroun the corner. At night no has a recepcionist. Its horrible, very bad hotal and i have photos about this
