Score from 231 reviews Good
Can hear the traffic outside from the room, hardly sleep.
location was alright for business
not good to stay for business trip
Location is good, easy 15 min walk to the centre of Florence. The owner was very friendly and helpful even though she doesn't speak much English. Nice simple facilities, nothing to write home about but good value for money. I'd stay here again for sure.
very helpful staff
my room is by the street, too noisy to get asleep
Very friendly staff.
Very noisy in the morning.
Nice rooms & ambiente, only 10 minutes walk from main station, 20 minutes walk to city centre, friendly & helpful hosts, helped us to book a tour
For check-in the guy gave us coupons for a very small breakfast (crossaint, coffee, orange juice) in a nearby bar, then we were upgraded from 1st to 2nd floor which includes in-house breakfast but nobody told us, on check out the same guy asked why we never took to the in-house breakfast... haha. Wifi did not work in 1st and barely in 2nd floor, only italian TV, small (typical) bathrooms without hairdryer, ugly energy saver light bulbs everywhere
Staff were very friendly, and room was very cosy!
Location was good. Staff was accommodating. We liked the price of 41 Euro per night..special last minute deal.
Bathroom was grungy. Had a couple mosquitoes in the room. Got bit.
15 minute walk from train. Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean. Half hour walk to Ponte Vecchio area. Good value for cost.
The lady was really nice, and breakfast was amazing. really had a good time with the cozy bed and cute living room. The internet connection was quite strong for most of the locations. Ten minutes walking from the train station, was really a not bad location for sight seeing or going out of town for a daily trip.
Room is clean,and staffs are very helpful,nice,cheerful. I would like to see them again.
Not complain,but if the room has a hair dryer,will be good.
The bedrooms are really nice, and the breakfast delicious! The staff was very helpfull and Teresa the owner is very kind!
The staff were kind and helpful.
It was a little bit far away from the train station especially when you have suitcase. There is just one WC (including the shower) for every 4-5 rooms. The room was cold (we went there in winter)
The service was very kind, the location is wonderful, very quiet at night and all in all the stay was wonderful.
The only downside of the place were the mosquitoes that actually kept us up at night. adding a net to the window would cost nothing and solve the problem
the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good, the room was very clean, big and beautiful. only 10 min walking from the main train station.
Great central, yet quiet, location being not far from the station and the city centre. Friendly welcome and a courtesy SMS message on the morning we arrived to ensure that we would be greeted on arrival.
Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
- The owner is very nice. She was very helpful and she helped us to plan our time in Florence - Breakfast was good - Lift
- A bit far from the railway station
It's a very nice place, close to the train station and not far from the centre.
Near Florence F.S.;
Poor breakfast; Facilities seems old;
The host was a cheerful, friendly and nice lady! The hotel has a limited check-in time but the host waited for me to arrive. Towels were changed daily.
The hotel was far away from the city centre. Breakfast was provided but nothing good about it. The tv channels were in Italian only. The shared toilet was small.
Great hotel run by warm and extremely kind family staff. Excellent large bedroom and bathroom with A/C, freshly cleaned each day. Lovely breakfast! Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Florence!
a. staff was very fiendly b. very well located near the train station c. beds are realy good ( good matress, good pillows)
a. rooms are not as they are shown on the internet we received a very small and poor one, and no one was asking us if we are happy about it but they ask for money in the first time when we arrived, b. in the room ther was a smoke odor, neither my husband or I are smoking so it was realy umpleasant, c. the room was realy neglected the walls were not painted for several years and the impression was that they are dirty, dispite the efforts of the staff to keep the room clean, d. after one night one of the towell was missing....so we have only one towell and two small ones, e. there were no blankets or duvets for the bed , just the syntethic cover and some sheets.....very poor
Helpfulness of staff. Can do attitude. Fairly large rooms. Good location.
Bathroom was a little tight.
great service by owners who briefed us on what to see and where to eat in Florence, great breakfast
