Location superb, very good value for money and staff extremely helpful.
da, good location.
Very good location,clean room,nice breakfast!!
Excellent location close to main attractions & many restaurants. Room was large very clean and complete with (free) air-con, fridge & safe. Fantastic welcome including free ice cold bottles of water and beer when we arrived. Able to leave cases for a few hours after check-out at no cost.
The room was spacious and clean. it was very hot outside and the air conditioning system functioned perfectly. great sound proof windows. The person who is running the hotel was very nice and helpful. And the location is excellent!
My room was infront of the reception desk and there was a lot of noise coming from there early in the morning. They should put better sound proof doors. if possible ask for a room far from the reception desk.
Wonderful location, beautiful room, very quiet due to double window, double glazing, delicious breakfast and a very attentive Lorenzo!!!
Everything was perfect for me!
The location a short walk to the Forum and Colisseum is excellent although located on a main busy thoroughfare. The staff friendly and helpful.
A number of things. Breakfast sounded good served in the room but it was a sad tray offering no choice and there was nowhere to sit in the room to eat it. It did arrive on time! Fixing a TV to the walls means you have to hear what the people next door are watching. Double glazing keeps the street noise at bay but means you cannot open the windows. Overall the experience was ok but did not live up to a 9.2 rating. If you are giving a free bottle of wine avoid the cheapest bottle in the supermarket.
Location. Close to everything. Organization. Supplied organized email including location of hotel, cost of shuttle service, taxi, bus or train. Rooms were comfortable, quiet. Very good breakfasts. Very good service. Restaurants all or the area.
Cavour area a little seedy but ok. Pay half in cash. No English tv which is prevalent in most hotels anyway. No washcloths. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable.
For the price, it is probabley the best deal in rome. The owner is great and helped us with everything. The location is 4 min. walk to Coluseom and 10 min from trainstation. Very recomanded.
- english speaking friendly staff - central Position - quiet at night
- room quite small
The location was the best one could find. All the sights were very near and also the metrostation (easy way to reach the vaticano) and Termini. Breakfast was really big enough and tasty croissants. The staff also gave good hints and advice and we could leave our luggage there for the whole day before leaving to the airport. Many restaurants and cafes right next to the hotel.
Staffs are very kindly and location is really perfect.
Location is really good. Just 5 min walk to colloseo. There is also a metro station. Also really near to the central train station. I recommened this hotel to all short tripper.
This B&B is fantastically located, no more than 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum and the forum. The staff, especially Lorenzo are very friendly and helpful; he's always very happy to provide advice and information, including how to get the bus to the Vatican and where not to eat. Although basic and perhaps a little dated, this B&B is very clean and tidy, the room was cleaned daily and we also were provided with clean towels every day.
The wifi signal wasn't very good. We found the room a little stuffy so we opened the window but as our room opened onto the main road it was noisy - but to be honest, this is to be expected given how close we were to some of the best tourist sites in Rome. This wasn't too much of a problem as my boyfriend can sleep through anything and I took ear plugs. Not so much of a negative, just commented to make others aware.
Clearness Situated in the centre Good breakfast Very kind staff
Everything is ok
Very kind staff Near to the Kolizei Not bad breakfast Very comfortable room
Tiny room Not fast Internet
Perfect location in the centre of Rome, very helpful and friendly owner Lorenzo, a tidy and comfortable room, sound-proof windows (which is very important since our windows were overlooking the noisy via Cavour), excellent value for money.
Nothing comes to mind
We liked everything!!! It is an amazing place to stay. The owner Lorenzo is the friendliest owner we have ever met. He was helpful, understanding and did more than you could expect. Our room was clean, lovely, quite and comfortable. Location is perfect because you can reach all turistic places by foot. We definetely would book the room at this place again. Lorenzo and Isabella,we wish you Merry Christmas and thanks again for such warm welcome.
Nothing negative,we were happy about everything.
The most welcoming staff ever seen. As a tourist-customer you can count on Lorenzo. Correct directions for sightseeing. Thank you for everything.
Very good location. Clean and quite place. Extremely friendly owner. Highly recommended!
We liked pretty much everything with cleanliness, power shower and firm mattress being particular highlights. Lorenzo, the host, is extremely accommodating and really cares about his customers. Highly recommended.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. After checkout, he held my bags at no charge. Breakfast was delivered to the room at my chosen time
Bed was a bit hard and the shower was small. But, there was an adjustable massaging head
The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very close and we could go by walk almost everywhere!
We visited Soggiorno Downtown late October. What a lovely bed&breakfast! The room was nice (very Italian in decoration), and clean with a good shower. Breakfast was nothing fancy but very good and enough for the first hours of walking that is inevitable when you want to see Rome properly. The host (Lorenzo) is a most helpful man who shows you the do's and don'ts of Rome (such as no eating on Piazza Navona) on a portable map of the city. We had a great stay and who doesn't want to sleep that close to the Colosseum? We would definitely love to come back one day.
Very nice stay! Very Nice staff! Near to everything! Just perfect !
