was definitely worth the money, clean, central, fair breakfast
Location was nice. Just 7-10 minutes walk from Termini Station, though it should be mentioned that the area doesn't look safe. Getting back home alone very late in the evening cannot be recommended.
Attitude. The first words we heard from the owner of that establishments were: "Ok. Now you have to pay me for the whole stay. Oh... I have already charged 100 euro from your card." Not only we were made to pay in a quite rude way but my card was charged without my consent as if in "no show" case. Facilities. There are 4 rooms. We lived in number 3. The room is ok. Shabby, but normal. The external bathrooms were a disaster. Two extremely small rooms with nowhere to put your clothes and a towel while you taking a shower, with torn curtains in the shower (or broken door of the shower cabin in another room). Taking shower in the morning was a problem. There were 9 people in 4 rooms and obviously everybody wanted to spend some time in bathroom in the morning. With only 2 bathrooms we once waited for a good 40-60 minutes before our turn: time that could be easily spent on discovering the city’s beautiful piazzas or visiting one of the museums. Internet. Internet speed was so low that after a day or two I switched to using mobile internet (mobile 3G was faster that Wi-Fi but cost me additional money).
Emanuella, was very friendly and kind. The place was clean and the coffee machine provided coffee whenever you wanted it. There was also use of the fridge which was handy. The location was great and our room opened onto a courtyard which was generally peaceful. The decor mattered less as we got used to the place. There were good inexpensive restaurants nearby.
The room was basic and not nearly as nice as other places we had stayed. The place could do with cheering up a bit and the harsh fluorescent lights added to the institutional feel.
Very good location, friendly staff, cleanliness, coffemachine
The two bathrooms are really strange. There is a hole cut in the wall between them right below the ceiling, so you can hear everything that's going on in the other bathroom... You need to pay by cash, even though credit card acceptance is stated on the site - they accept it only for guarantee.
The location, the lift was helpful, friendly staff, cleanliness, quiet.
I like the apartment, no complaints. We had the breakfast at Pappa Germanos, I thought it was more sparse then last time, no fruit, few dainties, coffee was very weak.
Very nice , felt well looked after
