Globaly old équipement And not enought clean
Excellent location, pretty nice apartment but very dirty and dusty. It needs a good cleaning!
Location, friendly staff.
The property is in desperate need of updating/refurbishing, maintenance and cleaning. It could be converted into a beautiful, elegant property, if some money and attention were spent on it.
The only good thing about this hotel is the view and central location
The room and entrance stank of smoke and the bed sheets had stains the bathroom had mould and looked like it barely got cleaned. I would NOT recommend.
The location was excellent! friendly staff when they were around. Breakfast was good.
We had to check ourselves into the hotel, mainly cause we arrived earlier than expected, but considering it is a hotel we assumed there would be reception staff around! We asked for a double bed and we got 2 singles! The beds were uncomfortable and had springs popping out, they creaked with the slightest move, the room was dirty, I had to clean the shower before I got in it. The towels were like sheets, and the throws on the bed were curtains!! There was no lift. And you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms and into the building.
The view from the window and the view from the top patio. The sheets were clean. The staff was nice.
It was dirty! Mold in the bathroom, the shower was very tiny and the water would turn hot. The carpets were filthy, the stairway gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. We are traveling around Europe and it is the worse place we have stayed. The "full breakfast" consisted of one croissant and a coffee. I developed a rash there around my ankles and think it must be the shower. There is no excuse! The place needs a thorough cleaning!
Location, minutes from the Duomo. Beds were comfortable.
Too many stairs as I was in a fifth floor walk up. Wifi didn't work in the room even though they said it would so we had to sit in the hall to use it. The bathroom was really large, but the shower was above the bath and there was little pressure. It was a strange circular cubicle that was small and cramped.
good localization nice and helpful personel quiet (enough) room
dirty and stinky bathroom
The roof top terrace was nothing like the picture, could be more developed, don't let that stop you from staying here though. Shared toilet.
Optimal postion, relatively cheap considering prices in Florence, good Internet connection. Staff was nice.
Bathroom was really at the limit
Felt rugged and moldy Smelled cigarettes There was a promise of AC in the room - no AC Nasty bathrooms
Location, view and terrace
Bathroom dated and dirty, bed very uncomfortable
The hotel was a few minutes walk from the cathedral, it really is in a great spot. Very close to the train station too. It was great value for money. If you want a 5* hotel this won't be the place for you but if you but for budget travellers, it's perfect. It has a great roof terrace if you don't mind the steps to get up there!
location is great
very very dirty, noisy, no lift, staff smoke inside
Location, terrace, facilities, good value
No lift, wi fi signal low, Reception close early
The location is good
Shared bathroom Small room Not clean, smells awful No elevator, you have to carry your luggage to the third floor by stairs Do not take breakfasts here! They are in a bar in the opposite building and consist of only a croissant and tea/coffee
The location was excellent with walking distance to the St Mark's and the Train Station.
The Room was very big but the wash room needs attentions as the water was leaking and making whole floor wet when having bath. Need to also provide proper towels
location room comfort
bathroom too small
Location. Hide on reception was helpful.
The staircase up to the apartment could be a challenge if you're carrying heavy luggage. The size of the bathroom shower was a joke. Never seen anything like it on my travels through Europe.
No bathroom in room, very small room, dirty blanket on bed, no air conditioning
Water closet was so small you had to put your feet in the shower to use the toilet.
The location is fantastic, just between the train station and the center. Everything is on walking distance. Brilliant balcony on the top floor with an amazing view. Friendly ladies at the reception desk.
The bed cover could be washed from time to time. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is difficult to use. It seems it was the only room with en-suite shower. So, we are happy for what we had. No major negative points. Good value for the money.
Location is great! Just 5 minutes on foot to central railway station and 2 minutes to Duomo. The view from terrace is amazing!
Room was ok, but too noisy. I had small bathroom in the room. 1st night everything was fine. On the 2nd day water stopped getting away from the shower and even as it's said on a website that reception is working till 19, no one was there around 15! If there is no one to check in, girl is leaving around lunch time, once cleaning is done. I decided ok, I can live half a day with water standing in the shower, but in couple of hours started raining (pretty heavy) and water flowed to the room. I found an information on the reception that in case of an emergency accident you should call on some number, so I called. Got a response from a man not speaking English at all and on all my attempts to explain what's going on and that I need someone to come and check before it's flooded totally, he was saying - rain rain rain and finally "I come". I waited for an hour, no one came. Water stopped going out and even dried out in the room, but not in the bathroom, so I left. When I was back late in the evening, nothing had changed, no one came to check and all I had to do is to close the bathroom, as it started to smell terribly. Lucky there was a shared bathroom I could use. Next morning I was leaving around 10 - still no one on reception. When I was back in the evening I found a piece of paper on my bathroom telling me that it's not working and I should use the public one (what I'd been doing already) and that tomorrow they will give me other room. As tomorrow was my last night and public bathroom was pretty good, I refused. I understand that it's not what is happening daily and it was my bad luck to experience it, but the fact that I called, warned and no one reacted, no one even apologized or proposed some discount, as I was paying for private bathroom (while 75% of my time staying there I was using public) - not acceptable! And what if water wouldn't stop flowing?!
this location is very good. station santamaria novella working to 5 minute. and florence centre. if u want to sighting is very good. floor 4 terrace is very beautiful sunshine in duomo.
if very peoples stay in the room, maybe need to 2~3 showroom.
Only the location is good.
After cleaning my suitcase was in another room, I don't know why. I was looking for it for 2 hours, incredible!
