location within walking distance to anything including train. very nice and helpful with reservations etc.

parking - but my fault didn't read it. breakfast was very light - croissant, juice, and coffee only.

This hotel is far from everything in Firenze. The staff were friendly but not very helpful. The room was big and clean, but not very comfortable and the "breakfast" was crackers and juice. Too expensive for spartan lodging.

Very nice and simple staff at the reception. very supportive and got lot of information. Always ready to give additional information. very friendly systematic. if i get another chance I will surely stay again there.

It was in a good location for us just 4 blocks from the train station and buses to airports. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast that was included was not good and had to be prepared by the guests in their own rooms. The directions to the hotel need to be improved. They were confusing and caused us to walk around more than necessary asking others for help to find the hotel.

Simple, but good B&B! Breakfast (simple italian style only) is self service direct in the room. Attention to limited checkin time only! But is no problem to ask IN ADVANCE code for the door opening. It is easy to find it with the map from Web of Primavera. Excelent location!

Perfect location - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Clean and comfortable room. I'd rather call it appartment than a hotel. Felt like I lived in a flat which I liked.

It says that breakfast is included but I can hardly call it breakfast - tea/coffee, couple of cookies, croissant.

Il clima di ospitalità e l'accoglienza dei proprietari. La pulizia e il comfort delle camere e dei servizi, pagando comunque un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ideale per studenti con un budget limitato, durante una vacanza con un gruppo di amici.

Molto cortesi, posizione comoda al centro e alla stazione FS. Camera grande, pulita, bagno in camera. La colazione viene servita in camera (non hanno una sala adibita).

Colazione tipica all'italiana un po scarsa, con 2fette biscottate, marmellatina, 1 succo, 1 tazza di latte/te/caffe. Potrebbero dare di piu

Stanza spaziosa e pulitissima (come tutta la struttura), posizione strategica a pochi metri dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e comodissima per girare il centro a piedi. Cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari che sono persone squisite e con cui si scambiano facilmente due chiacchere. La colazione ottima servita in camera.

La atencion del personal fue lo mejor, muy atentos y receptivos, es un negocio familiar muy bien llevado sin duda volveria

Esta muy cerca de la estacion principal de trenes, un poco mas alejado del centro pero nada fuera de lo normal

I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili, la posizione è molto comoda sia per chi arriva in auto perchè vicinissima ad un parcheggio coperto e sia per chi arriva in treno, inoltre si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti a piedi.
