Location - perfect. Impressive historical building, nice entrance and yards - very authentic. Perfect hot water supply. Very quite at nights. Nice surroundings - city transport, food shop, restaurants, newspaper kiosk, supermarket in 5 minutes walk.We were very impressed by welcome champagne!! Special thanks to Mirela ! Only one - it would be great to have real espresso/capuchino at breakfast |

The staff was friendly and spoke english well. They had good recommendations of restaurants and attractions. Check out time was a tad early but they happily stored our luggage for free for the day. The shower drain was clogged and hot water ran out quickly. Breakfast was mediocre and ended too early. |

It takes exactly 15 minutes by walk from the Termini station to the hotel. All of the main attractions can be reached on foot. The nearest Metro station is "Repubblica" (less than 10 minutes by walk) A very, very, very noisy bathroom, it would wake me up during the night (!), a very old and badly maintained toilet, no hair dryer (only on request), no fridge, uncomfortable bad, and poor breakfast. Elevator - someone left the door open and we had to climb up the stairs to the fifth floor after the whole day of walking around the city...Anyway, 110-130 Eur / night is much too much for the hotel that looks like a "one star", even in Rome. |

Beautiful location, within walking distance from all the major sites, and excellent service from very helpful and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and come back ourselves. |

Close (by foot) to main historical objects, close to Termini station (good connection to airport), close to subway (metro). Nice and helpful staff at the hotel, speaking English. Breakfast served in the room. No fridge in the room. No air condition (only fan). Plugged outlet in the shower. No wi-fi connection in the room. |

The staff were really lovely and took the time to show us directions on the map and sort through all of their converter plugs until they found one we could use, without getting impatient. The room was very big and light (there were two single beds and one double bed in our room just for the 2 of us!) and the pedestal fan was really handy since there is no air conditioning. The bathroom, while fine, was a little small and run-down compared to the rest of the room, and there was no bar fridge. |

Me and my wife were booked for 1 night. At arrival everything was very nice but when we came back to the hotel after midnight it was closed. We rang the bell for a couple of hours and finally we managed to wake up the night porter to open for us. We then just packed our things and went to the airport as we had a early flight. |

We were plesantly surprised at how friendly and helpfull the staff were. They all spoke english which was very nice.You can not have a better location in Rome.You are at walking distance to everything - breakfast is filling, noting fancy, toast, pastery, coffee, tea , orange juice. We will be back again. Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful |

É um hotel muito central, autocarro e posto de informação turístico uito perto. Com dois bons restaurantes próximos(um deles ao fundo da rua, não o que esta à porta). É pequeno, o que faz os funcionários serem mais atenciosos. No inverno os quartos são frios(o aquecimento funciona a 50%). No início não se percebe bem como funciona o hotel... é mais uma Guet House que um Hotel, este hotel funciona no 4º e 5º andar de um prédio. O elevador por vezes não funciona porque alguem não fecha a porta. Nesses casos temos de subir 5 andares a pé! No geral, para quem vai visitar a cidade, só vai dormir e não que gastar muito dinheiro, este hotel é optimo. |

Bra läge, trevlig personal. Det ena rummet hade en toalettpump som startade fyra-fem ggr/natt vilket störde nattsömnen. Stopp i toaletten vid ett tillfälle med översvämning som följd, trots att vi inte spolat ner något av de otillåtna sakerna. Hårda sängar. Det andra rummet toalett utan pump, helt ok. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man ist nah am Bahnhof (Termini), aber zu Fuß auch in 10 Minuten bei Forum und Colosseum. In einer solch zentralen Lage gibt es nur wenige Hotels in dieser für Rom recht günstigen Preiskategorie. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr groß, da wir ein 4-Bett-Zimmer als Doppelzimmer bekamen. Besonders gut haben uns die Zuvorkommenheit des Hotelpersonals gefallen (wir bekamen ungefragt eine ausführliche Erklärung der touristischen Highlights und der günstigen Bus- und Metrolinien), der kostenlose Internet-PC und die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück ohne Aufpreis ins Zimmer gebracht zu bekommen. Das Hotel ist eher einfach ausgestattet, was allerdings zu erwarten war. Extras wie Fön oder Safe gab es nicht. Was vielleicht noch zu erwähnen ist, ist, dass das Hotel im 4. und 5 Stock eines älteren Gebäudes (=hohe Stockwerke) liegt. Wer den etwas klapprigen Fahrstuhl lieber meiden möchte, hat also einige Treppen zu erklimmen. Unseren Urlaub hat aber nichts davon beeinträchtigt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. |

Su situacion en el centro, para desplazarse caminando hacia todos los lugares de interes de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable. Hace años que tenian que haber pintado las paredes, porque estaban muy sucias el año pasado y este. |

Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding echt ok. het was prettig dat je kon kiezen om ontbijt te krijgen op het terras buiten ipv in de ontbijtzaal/kamer.Alles was netjes en goed onderhouden. Rustige buurt en het hotel zelf ligt niet aan de straatzijde. de kamers zijn gehorig, maar voor deze prijs en onthaal is dat geen probleem |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de ligging was uitstekend, ideaal voor een stedentrip in Rome!!! Het ontbijt was misschien wat summier, maar voor ons prima, we zijn geen uitgebreide ontbijters. |

Très bien placé, l'hôtel permet d'accéder à de nombreux musées et monuments à pied ou en transport en commun. Rue assez calme eu égard à sa localisation. Personnel très sympathique et efficace. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Equipement salle de bain pourrait être mieux. |

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen in het centrum van Rome. De kamer was groot en proper. Het hotel bleek eerder een soort hostel te zijn. Er was geen airco op de kamer, dus het was erg warm op de kamer. Er stonden 4 bedden op de kamer, terwijl ik maar een tweepersoonskamer geboekt had, zou liever dan ook 2 bedden zien met meer ruimte, in plaats van 4 bedden en bijna geen ruimte. |
