Great location, great value for money, clean, friendly staff, wifi a bit weak.
VERY GOOD LOCATION
VERY LITTLE AND POOR THE SUPPLY OF HOT WATER FOR THE ROOM , DURING THE PERIOD (27/12-5/1/2015), WITH FREEZING TEMPATURES OUTSIDE (2-3C) STAFF NOT IN POSITION TO SOLVE THE MATTER !
Rooms were very spacious and was close to the main road.
Had a few issues with staff overcharging us and not refunding the money and said booking.com charged us and not the hotel which was false. We never received and apology for the mix up either. Also there was no hot. water for the first 3 nights
L'apartement est propre et bien situé. Bon acceuil.
La pression de la douche. La chambre coté route assez bruyante.
The location was great. This one bedroom apartment has an additional pull down double bed in the living room, which makes it ideal for a family. It comfortably sleeps 4. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There is only seating for 3 in the living room (small sofa and one chair). the wifi often was has a very weak signal. The shower was weak - low pressure and often not hot enough. The walls are thin and we could hear other guests (apologies to anyone who had to listen to our crying baby!). A bit expensive for what we got, but reasonably priced compared to other options in Rome.
Fantastic staff with clear instructions as to how to check in Great location and facilities Good value!
Shower water pressure could be better
Good location,well furnished big apartment
Smell in the bathroom was not nice;/ Very unfair taxi drivers who brought us around city twice to get double pay!
close to the Termini station - walking distance, as well to most Landmarks
- great staff, they helped us very much during our stay. We needed an extra bed and it was easy to get - big apartment, too many space - great location, close to Via Nazionale and a few minutes by foot from Colosseo, Quirinale, Fontana di Trevi, Fori Imperiali, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Termini, metro (that we almost didn't use, only to go to the Vatican) - kitchen facilities
- I suggest not to eat in the restaurant downstairs. The food wasn't that good. There many better (and cheaper) options around - the shower sometimes didn't work very well
The location is excellent the apartment was big, clean and Guiseppe the manager couldn't have been more helpful.
Location is good: form via Nazionale you can take a bus 64 directly to Vatican or take a 15 min walk to Colosseo, Trevi fountain or Forum. The place is very clean and quiet. Also there are supermarkets and bars nearby. There is a modest set of kitchen facilities but it's enough to make a simple lunch.
The hotel is not accessible by car unless you are a Rome resident. The Hotel is located in ZTL(zona traffico limitato) so one automatically gets a fine while entering this zone. We have entered this zone and asked staff to notify local authorities that it was a legal visit, but staff refused to make it. (In other Italian cities hotel staff was eager to help in same situations)
Location, Close to various landmarks and near train station as we had to catch a train to Florence. Also useful if you're getting a terra vision coach from the Airport. Very close to great food places and only a ten minute walk from a road with lots of Halal takeaways and cafes. Also free laundry service!
No Iron in apartment, have to go down to reception to get one and thwn return it.
So much room compared to other places we spent while traveling Italy. Also, it had cooking facilities for those times you didn't feel like going out. There was a supermarket nearby where you could buy most things you need. Everything is within walking distance including the train station & metro.
For a fold out bed it was comfortable. Kitchenette came with. Bottle opener. Friendly staff. Great restaurant below. Small supermarket at the end of the street. Free laundry service (24hr) Very spacious rooms.
It was a fold out bed. Double tell them when you are checking in, we told them but they apparently didn't get our email so they didn't have staff until after normal check in time - however the Italian speaking cleaner helped us drop our stuff off. Location is ok, you cNw Ali to colloseum etc but there aren't many restaurants in the near vicinity. Bed change/towels etc is three daily. Laundry came back quite damp. You can hear some street noise.
friendly reception, very good working airco. Location of the residence is perfect to discover Rome. Directly at the main street, but no inconvenience from the traffic.
Shower wasn't very clean. Wifi works, but only at the little table nearby the exit door of the appartment.
Excellent location. Tidy, quiet and spacious rooms that easily accommodates a family of four. Helpful and nice staff. Short walk to metro station and bus stops.
Location Friendly, helpful staff
Not really toddler friendly
I like the location, a lot of good restaurants around, metro & train relatively near. It was quiet. The apartment was very clean and the maid could do your laundry for free.
I like everything.
Free laundry was nice. Quiet bedrooms. Lift from street level to floor.
location facilities aircon
We liked Residence Europa very much. First of all: the location is very convenient for staying in Rome for tourist porpses especially for the first time. You can reach it by feet from Termini train station and magor attractions is in a walkable distance. Vatican is 5 subway stops away (lineA, Republica station is in 8-10 min away from the hotel). The other good thing is that the appartment is renovated, modern looking and clean. You have everything you need for a short stay including kitchen stuff. Cleaning and changing servise is once in 3 days which is really not common for the renting an apartment (not a hotel room) in Europe. Usually if you get a flat - you get only a key from a landlord, and then you are on your own. You have to cook, to clean, to get your trash out and so on...Notice: here is a free laundry servise too. And the last thing: there are actually two beds, one king size in the bedroom and the other one you can unfold from the sofa in the living room if you want. The matrasses are not a high end but not bad either.
fruit flies in the shower room.
Friendly staff Central location but a bit away from main streets. Close to Termini. Close to supermarket.
The small detaljer that we think can be improvisation is the furniture in the apartment. There where no place for your outdoor clothes and litteratur stora spade for stuff besides clothes.
Excellent location, you can reach almost all of Rome by foot, except Vatican.
Highly recommend. Modern, attractive, clean and well managed apartments with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is superb, within very close walking distance to supermarkets, major attractions and restaurants. Local transport (bus stops) are very close by.
This is very lovely building right in a the center of Rome. Very clean and spacious. Walking distance to many attractions, bus stops, train station, shops and restaurant. The manager is welcoming and helpful.
The bathroom started to pretty smell bed on the third day. Smelled like some kind of sewage issue. My company bathroom has the same issue too. Closing the toilet cover helps.
