Good location, close to train station and main city touristic points. Improve number of rest rooms. It was always busy, specially in the morning and end of afternoon. I needed to wait 30min to take a shower. |

Room was clean. Location was fantastic -- about 3 blocks from the train station, walking distance to everything you would want to see in Florence. Price was reasonable, even got wireless internet. I had a shared bathroom which was very clean and right next to my room. You had to pay up front in cash with no receipt...that seemed a little shady, but there wasn't any problem. |

location is very good - very short walking distance from railway station and the city center, room was spacious and clean, polite staff, free internet access (Wi-Fi and separate PC available until 7 p.m.) this very good place is more a room-rent type then a hotel which was quite OK in my case but one should not expect 24 h room service |

Nothing, worst hotel I have ever stayed at a lot, the lady was extremely rude and mean, would not help us with anything and when we asked to have a copy of the receipt actually got mad and said to go stay at another hotel--no customer service. Banged on our door 4 times in the morning well before check out to tell us to check out (check out was 10, she started banging at 8!!!) would never recommend it or stay there again |

Very well situated. Did not miss personal transport. Clean and comfortable. Lots of cafe's. Staff very very cheerful,helpful and made us feel at home.. Street Noise - but not a major issue. Was warned about it by other reviews. |

The staff were lovely, very friendly with good English. The location is brilliant, just by the train station and close to the Duomo. We were upgraded to a room with balcony, which was lovely. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing at all. It was very nice. |

Very convenient location of the hotel, but hotel very basic indeed. Still had a good nights sleep. Friendly receptionist made the introduction pleasant and quite welcoming. The hotel is not really a hotel at all, but more of a backpackers place. Room was ok in terms of offering all the essentials, but definitely not attractive in any way. We felt like staying out of the room as much as possible for this reason. |

Nice friendly staff, internet access, rooms basic but clean and quiet. perfect for a weekend break or few nights away in Florence, in close walking distance to shops, sights and station, very central location at good price. |

We had room number 1 and it was wonderful. Big bathroom, great windows overlooking a busy main road. The staff that checked us is was wonderful. He was very helpful and friendly. However, later the staff seemed to be missing when others tried to check in. |
