Room was big and had a balcony. The host that met us on arrival was really friendly and told us all the places to go see and places to eat. This was great as we didn't really know what to do in Florence.

Just remember to let the host know what time you are arriving if outside of check in times as he doesn't stay there.

Great place to stay, everything is nice. Owner is very kind and helpful. We felt there amazing, - very comfortable. Will stay there again..

Good value (we got a good offer), close to the station and city centre, very clean, professional and helpful staff.

No cooking possibility although there is a huge kitchen. The check out is a bit too early.

the staff(Joel) is a very nice person and very helpful. the landlady is such a lovely lady.. i will go back and live in the same place.

Good location nearby the train station, easy to get in and out of the city by tram. Shuttle bus to the Mall is also nearby. Florence is not big hence it's easy to walk around the city on foot. The staff showed us a great itinerary to explore Florence and recommended a nice restaurant that offers good taste with excellent value.

Everything is good but a microwave would be preferred.

Facilities are good enough.

The hostel is clean, personal very friendly and helpful,they provided maps and tips where to go in the city and what to see, it is very close to the center of the city and both bus/train station

Very very sweet family hostel!!

I love this hotel. The people who worked there are very kind. They waited for me till 8:30pm, and gave me a HUGE room. The room is clean and comfortable. hehe..... just as other people said, the best of this hotel is the service.

This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I must say that we liked everything in the hotel/hostel, the friendly staff, the clean and excellent facilities, and the convenient location. We enjoyed every minute stay there. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help. I won't hesitate to recommend the hotel to any travelers who happen to travel to Florence.

The room is very cozy and clean. The staff there is really nice and helpful. I enjoy the stay very much and I will definitely recommend Karaba to my friends who want to travel to Florence.

Warmer doesn't really working at night, a bit chill inside the room. Couldnt use the kitchen.

Space is quite big.Staff is nice and he can recommend the place to visit.

We can not use kitchen ,the hot pot for hot water seems not reach 100 degree c, so I can not have instant noodles done. We have to call the staff to chech in.

Its a nice flat to stay if you are in a short trip around Florence (one or two days) or even for longer periods. Besides, the staff is pleasant and very helpful.

The only (but slight) drawback was the poor breakfast.

I chose Soggiorno because of the price and good ratings on Booking.com. I didn't know what to expect because the price was so low in comparison to other hotels. We arrived earlier than expected, before the check-in time, but we were still friendly greeted by the staff and led to our room. The room was clean, a good size, and additionally with a kitchen and large living room. For the price and location (5 minute walk from the train station), it was outstanding! The staff spent time showing us the things to see and do in Florence for the next two days of our visit. I would highly recommend Soggiorno Karaba to anyone travelling to Florence!

The location is great! The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the central station where you can get around by train as much by bus to anywhere. The hotel is very close to the old town so it is possible to do everything practically Standing in Florence. Large room with private bathroom and one kitchen disposition. Building and with great accommodation with privacy and security. Cost-beneficial excellent.

1-No real warm bed covers available 2-No shampoo available 3-No staff present and so could not use wi-fi as couldn't make it work on my own.

Great location, great staff and facilities. Very comfortable and cosy, great value for money. It was written that there is no breakfast but there are good tea/coffee making facilities, you can use the fridge as well, and there were toasts and jelly from the hotel which every other place would call and even charge you for "breakfast". We also had a very nice private bathroom/which we actually thought would be shared/. I would recommend the hotel for couples and families, for young travelers - it can meet every budget and exceed all expectations.

Located near train station but did not feel unsafe going home at night. Hostess was very hospitable. Although she did not speak English, she enlisted a helper to translate at check-in. We saw the same thing for another guest who checked in. 2 bathrooms for 3 rooms is plenty. There was coffee, tea, jam and biscuits to help ourselves to for breakfast.

It is near the centre of Florence

The room was spacious and clean. Location wasnt too bad (10min walk from station) and staff were helpful, although some spoke little english.

Lifts were a little annoying as you had to open and close doors yourself and very tight space. There wasnt always someone around so not so convenient if you need to ask or request something.

Amazingly spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable.

The location wasn't terrible and I don't mind a walk, but you thought twice before leaving the hotel room, not wanting to come back for a forgotten item.
