what can I say? The best B&B ever!! perfect location,nice breakfast and hospitality.

Albena was magnificent! Evening staff very nice too. Can't say enough about prime location.

Specifically, no screens in windows. Generally, stay was too short; wish we had been there longer.

We LOVED this little B&B, it's a renovated building in the heart of Florence. GREAT location. Balcony had a fantastic view of the Duomo. The owners, Walter and Albana, were super friendly and wonderful. Albana made a delicious breakfast every morning, and Walter offered great suggestions for places to visit and eat. We will DEFINITELY return on our next trip to Florence. Don't miss this little gem!

A very nice B&B in the center of Florence only a few minutes walk from the Dome, located in a quiet street. Big clean room and great beakfast. Very helpful and caring owners.

The hosts were very kind and made an amazing recommendation for dinner. Best meal of the trip. God location to Academia. A nice breakfast with lots of choices delivered to the room.

Very noisy, we stayed in another hotel in Florence which was cheaper and so much nicer. Tiny tiny shower. We had heard that the owners did not smoke any longer but that was not accurate. The smell of smoke is offensive to us and permeates the entry to the rooms.

Hotel is very beautiful with its decoration. Staff were very kind. The location is good, 2 minutes walking distance to Duomo. Florence is a beautiful city, and this hotel has its soul.

The owners were fantastic! They tried really hard to make our stay as nice as possible. Our 5 year old daughter really enjoyed the place. The breakfasts which were served in your room were excellent and a great way to start the day. Location was excellent, very close to the Cathedral. Would defiantly stay here again.

I don't think there was Air Conditioning in the room but we stayed in April so that was not a problem. The First night our room did not have a bath or hand held shower unit so bathing our child was difficult but this was fixed quickly the next day as the owners moved us to a better room.

The hostess was absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. She even bought gluten free food. The breakfasts were huge, her omelettes beautiful. Location, so close to the city centre was good.

Ability to leave bags before checkin time would have been beneficial.

Albena! She was so wonderful to us! We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we had planned to just drop our bags and come back later. She said since our room was not ready (I didn't expect it to be) that we could have a different, larger room. It was a wonderful surprise! It seems that every where we had stayed prior was a little small and cramped, but this room was so huge and spacious, it felt great to be able to stretch out and breathe! She treated us like family, brought a delicious homemade breakfast to us in our room, even scolded my niece a little when she said she didn't need anything else to eat. She brought it anyway, and it was delicious! It felt like we were staying with family.

We weren't sure when the cab dropped us off if we were in the right place, because it isn't clearly marked like a hotel would be. It seems more like a private residence. This turned out to be a plus, but we were a little nervous at first that we were in the wrong place.

Great apartments to spend a few days in Florence. Location could not be better (Duomo in just two minutes walk away). Design rooms favorably with ordinary hotel rooms. The friendly owners Valter and Albena will do everything for your comfort and good mood. Tasty breakfasts and the feeling that you are at a good people, and not in a hotel. All on 5 +. Everything!! Location was great and the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. Very spacious room with nice furnishings and large bath. Breakfast choices most generous of any on our trip in Italy. It was served in our room and we really enjoyed it. Definitely top notch.

Our hosts were friendly and was very helpful in advising us the places to visit in Florence. The breakfast was plentiful and was brought to our room. The location was very near to the Uffizi Museum and we could visit the many interesting places in Florence on foot.

Nothing. We only wished we could have stayed longer in Florence as we could not visit the many interesting places there as we only stayed for 1 nite.

We liked everything! The owners of the hotel are very nice persons, really carrying about you and your stay, and making it great experience. The distance from the railway station is 10-13 minutes walking (even with heavy luggage), really easy to find. The proximity of all historical places is the advantage as well. We would definitely stay there next time we will come to Florence!

Staff was really lovely! Very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Best breakfast we had the whole trip in Italy. Room was well decorated and made a nice atmosphere. Very Affordable.

Just a little confused upon arrival! Don't push the button that says Hotel. I think the right one says Panerai instead. I Just made a quick call to booking.com and we found each other in the hall but if you can get inside it's only up one flight of stairs. And just wished the shower was bigger.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and personable. We could not have asked for more! The location was excellent and our room was very quiet. The breakfasts were delicious and served in our room to order. The coffee was wonderful! There were several dining options nearby (we especially liked the OK Bar). We HIGHLY recommend this B&B and would stay here again.

The host is really ethusiasm,he even take us to the plazza Michelangelo！The breakfast is good,and room is big and clean.The location is just near the Duomo,and its quite at night....I love this hotel.If i come to florence next time,im definitely gonna live in here again！！！

Extremely good and friendly attitude of the wonderful people who run this place. We may highly recommend this place for all tourists coming to see Florence.

The friendliness of the staff.We were given a map and lots of recommendations for site seeing and places to eat. Breakfast was a great selection and even a cooked dish was offered. .Great location for easy access to major tourist attractions.

We would recommend this place to everyone. The location is great. Our room was huge and beautiful, also very warm (in January). Hosts are caring and attentive. It feels like you came to visit the good friends of yours. Albena and Walter thank you! Definately coming back next time ))

Too little time in Florence

The owners of this b & b were fantastic. Upon our arrival, Walter pointed out on a map everything we should see on our short visit. His dinner and lunch suggestions were spot on and he even called and made our dinner booking. Albeena provided a very nice breakfast in a small but adequate dining room. The Wifi was very strong and dependable. There was a computer and printer in the common area - very nice since we needed to print out our boarding passes for our flight. When we arrived we were driven to their other small location with three rooms - I had read in another review that this could be the case so I wasn't concerned. The room for three was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice. Would stay here again!! The location was excellent, and an easy walk from the train station.
