Not far from the train station, reception was generally friendly. We were provided with all the necessities.

It was a little difficult to find, it occupies a floor in an old palace, so we didn't know how to gain access. Website said it had an internet point, which is actually the computer the reception uses which I felt uncomfortable using. There were four keys - a little difficult to use and reception were finicky about leaving us keys and what keys we could have at different times. breakfast minimal

The staff, especially the management, was unhelpful, unavailable and rude. Internet, although advertised, was not available. Breakfast was awful and unhealthy (one sweet - no choice for diabetics - bun for 80 cents + cup of coffee in a bar nearby).

Die Frühstück-Bons haben wir leider nicht erhalten... der Kellner war so unfreundlich, dass wir ins nächst besser Café gegangen sind.

Kamers waren schoon, goed beveiligd en gelukkig was er ook een kluisje aanwezig.

Bij aankomst was niet duidelijk waar de ingang was. Gelukkig kwam er een passant (dachten wij, stelde zich niet voor, verder vriendelijk) die het wist, op de binnenplaatst aangekomen staat niet aangegeven waar je naar toe moest. Bleek de man van het hotel te zijn, hier kwamen wij achter na nogmaals te vragen waar we naar toe moesten.

Sehr gute Lage. Historisches Ambiente. Nette Nachbarin, wenn man einmal nicht hineinkommt. Günstig. Die meisten Hotelbediensteten waren sehr freundlich!!

Anfangs sehr kalt - gab aber dann (erst auf Nachfrage) Heizung (Klimaanlage)! Dass wir einmal 30 Minuten vor verschlossener Tür gestanden sind

Het ontbijt was te summier, er werd niet altijd schoongemaakt, de electriciteit deed het niet (fohn o.a.), je moest zelf om w.c. papiuer vragen, de kraan bij de wasbak gaf kleine schokken als je je hand onder het water hield (misschien gevaarlijk?), de airconditioner deed het 's nachts vaak niet, en warm water was snel op. De wijk scheen niet geheel veilig te zijn (stond in reis boekje over Napels

Una vez superado la desconfianza inicial de la zona (nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema) destacaría su buena ubicación

Inexistencia de ascensor. El desayuno era en un bar cercano y solamente incluía un café y un bollo. El entorno del hotel da miedito y el acceso es complicado con vehículo
