Great location right across from the Palazzo Pitti and close to town center. Very affordable. In a neat building with tons of good eating establishments right outside the door. Internet access a bit intermittent but they do have it. Large room came with small extra bed. Quiet and well shielded from outside noise... Though the inner walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors talking. I simply introduced myself and asked them to be a little quieter, and all was fine. Staff are youthful, helpful and straightforward. Comfy lounge area in the office, where you can chat with other travelers, do internet or read, and get cheap coffee from a machine My room was freezing and had tile floors that added to the coldness, and they can't turn up the heat due to regulations. Luckily I was able to take a long hot shower and they supply tons of extra blankets, so I made it through the night. Apparently one is expected to bring one's own towels, as there were none. The stairway up to the offices and rooms is nearly pitch dark even in daytime -- a light may come on momentarily but never for long enough, and I was glad I brought a flashlight. Most of the time the elevator won't come because someone has not closed all its doors properly. Despite all this, I really liked the place and found it charming, thought next time I might see if there is a cozier room.

расположение - окна нашего номера выходили на площадь дворца питти. номер просторный. чистота - в норме, но кое-где на стенах и на потолке были видны потёки. старинное здание с лифтом начала 20 века, если не 19-ого. в номере не было ни чайника, ни стаканов, даже чаю вечером не выпить. не все номера в гостинице просторные и выходят окнами на площадь - у наших друзей был крошечный номер с окнами в колодец размером 2 на 2 метра. а цена та же.

Ho scelto questa struttura,perchè risultava dal sito dell'hotel un 3 stelle, ma non è così. E' un soggiorno con camere arredate in modo scadente ci sono prese o che non funzionano o scoperte. Le porte antiquate non hanno serrature adeguate e di notte può entrare qualcuno nella camera come mi è successo, non c'è poi sorveglianza, perchè la reception chiude alle ore 10 di sera e riapre al mattino alle ore 8.L'hotel è frequentato da ragazzi giovani che disturbano durante la notte. Vi prego di considerare la possibilita' di non proporre sul vs sito tale struttura, non adeguata alla qualita' da voi sempre proposta.

Byłam tam po raz trzeci. To znaczy, że wracam. I naprawdę robię to chętnie. W przyszłości też wybiorę Soggiorno Pitti I polecę ten adres znajomym. Lubię tam swobodę pobytu. Luźną, przyjazną ale nie nachalną atmosferę. O cokolwiek zapytam lub poproszę - otrzymuję pomoc. Nie ma natomiast kłopotliwych pytań "w czym jeszcze możemy pomóc". Ja ich nie potrzebuję. Sama byłam recepcjonistką I pracowałam w marketingu 4* hotelu. Lokalizacja Soggiorno naprawdę optymalna - bardzo dobrze znam centrum Florencji. Polecam. Jedyny większy mankament to hałas od strony Piazza Pitti. Zalecam stopery do uszu ale dla widoku - warto się poświęcić. Nocowałam też "od zaplecza" - cicho ale ponuro za oknem. Poza tym o hałas zapewne zadbają młodzi turyści z całego świata. Nie żartuję ze stoperami. Pozwoliły mi wypocząć po intensywnym zwiedzaniu I smakowaniu Florencji...

Hotel esattamente di fronte a Palazzo Pitti. Centralissimo, a 1 minuto da Ponte Vecchio. Non tutte le camere hanno il bagno interno, ma sono tutte molto spaziose. Manca l'appendi doccino nella vasca e mancano gli appendi ascigamano in bagno. Bagno poco luminoso.

La proximité du centre : quelques minutes pour le Ponte Vecchio. La gentillesse du personnel de la réception .... malgré nos réclamations .... justifiées ! L'hôtel n'a pas "pignon sur rue". Il est au troisième étage. La première chambre (n°1), très bien, mais impossible de fermer l'oeil jusque deux heures du matin à cause du bruit important...qui reprend à six heures. La deuxième, après réclamations, (n°5), moins bruyante. Les serviettes sales (même mises par terre) ne sont remplacées que si on va réclamer; idem pour le sampoing. Le petit-déjeuner (soit disant 4 euros sur descriptif) n'est pas compris et se prend en réalité dans le café situé à 50 mètres de l'hôtel, et qui fait un tarif préférentiel aux clients de l'hôtel. Pour ce prix : un café et un croissant. Heureusement, il faisait beau et la propriétaire du bar était adorable.

Que es lo que me ha gustado? La ubicación. El chico de la recepción me atendió muy bien( había leído criticas sobre el personal, pero me imagino que no eran los mismo). La habitación estaba limpia. Por ser muy alta hacia mucho frio, aunque pusieron la calefacción. También porque las puertas no cierran bien. Me sorprendió no encontrar secador de pelo en el baño.Tener el precio de 90 €/ habitación, ( oferta: 45€/habitación) y no ofrecer lo básico? Me sorpredio pero también encontré solución. No ha sido para tanto... También me sirvió una percha para cerrar las " persianas"( no se la palabra y por eso les llamo así) de madera, que no tienen cerrojo. No me ha importado mucho pero mejor que arregle todo esto.
