cheap, comfortable, clean
poor breakfast, no soap in the room, no-wifi connection in the room; you have to go reception for wifi.
The location was alright. Close to bus stops that would take you to the main attractions. Everything saad literally 10 minutes away by bus. The neighborhood is safe and the staff is very friendly. Place is clean too.
The walls were thin. You can hear everything in the rooms beside you and the plumbing was loud. Everytime the hot water went on or the toilet was flushed, you heard really loud noises. That only lasted as long as you were using them.
Amazing for the first sight, but...
- only one small window in the roof, no daylight! - broken shower, broken sink, broken toilet seat, broken whirlpool - there is a machine in the junk which makes terrible and loud noise. - breakfast is just a coffe and croissant in the café nearby.
location was great, we walked to the main sites, but the train wasn't too far away either quiet at night
included breakfast was a pastry and a hot drink lack of windows
The staff at the reception was great! The rooms were clean.
There is a jacuzzi in one of the rooms (suite) that makes SO MUCH NOIZE! that we could hear it from all over the hotel. Each time we need to use water in the rooms (WC, shower, tap) it makes SO MUCH NOIZE that we COULDN'T SLEEP! We heard everything going on in the side rooms. There was only one roof window in our room where we stayed for 3 days! (We asked to change the room that was a little bit better ..). There was false pictures about the dining room. Staff at the bakery for the breakfast was not very nice ..
Girls at the reception were kind and friendly, but this doesn't change the fact that some of the rooms are awfull. There are also decent rooms in the complex, but one must avoid the "no windows" rooms.
There was a room with no windows, only one in the ceiling. I can't understand how they are allowed to rent such rooms. Single rooms are extremely small. Flushing system in the toilet makes a huge noise every ten minutes during the night. I honestly don't recommend this location.
It is just 50 meters away from bus stop (360), which goes from Termini. Otherwise there are other buses like 590 and 649 which stop near Pi De Rome station and there is a metro station, so location is really good. Stuff is excellent.
The noise coming from other rooms and that the hot water comes from heating facility. So if You are couple and one of You takes shower, the otjer must wait at least 20 minutes to get hot water.
Room deign is good.
Far away from subway and train station
Great designe. Nice there was kichen room an fridge. good location. REALY good place to stay in Roma!
Loud toilet. Thin walls. NO wifi in rooms only in comon kichen.
The staff was very very helpful and informative about the sights and the way there. Attractions like Terma de Caracalla, Roman Forum, and the Colloseum are all walking distance (less than half an hour walk) There is a Bar Pompi in the area They clean the room thoroughly
I think before I came the window was open so there was a lot of mosquito The internet's repeater was broken, so there was no wi-fi in my room
Clean, staff was nice.
No wi-fi in the room.
Very nice staff.
The staff was super nice and helpful Real value for money Everything was clean and modern
Loud plumbing like everyone said Abit far from the attractions but i rented a bike so wasnt too bad Mosquitoes in the room sometimes The drain in the shower will over flow if your in there too long Some reason the whole building power was out for a whole night
The staff was very friendly, the location was pretty good, and a small breakfast was included in the price.
We had small red spiders all over our bed each night we returned to the hotel. The power went out and a leak in our bathroom nearly flooded the entire room.
There was no internet connection in the room
It is OK generally.
It is a little distance from the subway station.
Close to subway station, supermarket, laundry and restaurants.
WiFi didn't work in the room. Kettle was dirty.
It should be quiet, except for a party at night.
The water system is poor and creating noises and the Wifi is not very convenient because you have to go to the common area.
It was cheap and staff were friendly.
We didn't have a window in our room, no natural light. Breakfast was a little cafe at the end of the street with minimal options. It was very noisy, whenever someone flushed a toilet or had a shower you heard the water, walls are very thin.
Location is good relative to Metro making it easy to get ito and out of central Rome.
No sound insulation between rooms-you hear everything in the adjacent room. No window in the room -only a skylight-no natural ventilation-no air supply to the room-gets very hot. There was a pumped sewage system with the pump in my room and it was common to at least 2 rooms. It would pump every 10 minutes all night if a tap was dripping or if you used the shower toilet or basin- so the adjacent room occupier could cause the pump to work at any time day or night-keeping you awake all night sometimes.
very friendly staff, small but very clean room, happy with everything! Great location near Metro.
Wifi doesn't work at all for the 4 nights I spent there...
Staff was very friendly.
Little far from station and can't connect wifi in room.
Staff was really helpful, friendly and cares about their costumers. Location is really good! Price is worth of this hostel.
Heater was a "conditioner" with hot weather so was really cold in our room because we were at the end of the winter.no carpets anywhere just cold tails. Breakfast was really poor just biscuits with packed "croissant" and coffe wich wasn't taste as well.
The location was fairly good, we did not have any problem getting around. The rooms were clean, but plumbing was noisy. I guess that is normal for an old city like Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though some of them did not speak English well. They were fixing the wifi when we were there, so it was only available in some parts of the hotel. Overall it is good value for money, I would stay there again.
